  Firefrost is released!! Spectacular isn't it? Now that you can get your hands on the game, here is a bit about how to enjoy it as much as possible: - Watch for enemy patterns and think about what upgrades to use to exploit those patterns. Each enemy type has a different pattern and every upgrades enables you to work with those patterns in different ways. For example, if you find an enemy type that often bunches up together, then using the explosive enemies upgrade could be a great way to deal with them! - After you have tried the game, leave a steam review.   Turning a flamethrower into a sniper. And clearing snow.

  Firefrost is a turn-based combat game about snow clearing. You can upgrade your flamethrower to give yourself some new, snazzy tactical options to remove enemies and snow from the face of the earth. The sniperthrower is a powerup that lets you pick off enemies from afar, and the bullet time modifier allows you to fire multiple times without time moving forwards. I'll be trying both out for you to see! About the game: Firefrost is a turn-based combat game about snow clearing. Use your flamethrower to burn through the snow, your enemies, and reach soup. Upgrade your flamethrower to unlock new tactical options. If you die, just get up again, no progress lost. Chase the SSoup rank, unlock more upgrades. Key features: Flamethrower: the solution to the problem is always to burn the problem. The crux? You need your thrower to aim at the problem. Make your own thrower: use upgrades for longer range, double shots (throws?) and exploding enemies to enable new tactical options. Put together your own combination of upgrades, and strive to find the perfect combination. Chase ranks: learn enemy patters, plan your attacks and perfect your tactics. Become a tactical snow clearing elite and get that SSoup rank. Modifiers: want a harder challenge? Use a modifier to limit your ammo or corrupt the world. High quality sustenance: soup.

  Clearing snow with a flamethrower, aiming to reach the SSoup rank!

  Firefrost is a turn-based combat game about snow clearing. Depending on how well you do on your run, you can get different ranks. There are also modifiers you can turn on in the start of the game to make the game more difficult. I'm going to keep streaming until I've gotten the highest rank with all the modifiers. This will be painful. Wish me luck

  Beta Test Invitation

  Hiya! You can currently get a lil hands on with the game! I'm hosting a beta test for a limited set of people, to hear what you all think about all the stuff in the game! You will be able to test the game from start to finish, fight all the enemies, burn all the bosses, try all the flamethrower flavors and modifiers! Pretty lit if I get to say so myself. The amount of playtesters let in will be in the tens, and I expect those joining to give feedback on it after they have played. This is a smol game made by just me, so there is no automated system or anything, I'll literally be emailing you the beta key. So be a bit mindful (and aware) of that. Now when you get your hands on the beta, go nuts. Find some really badass flamethrower flavor combinations, and get really tactical with the enemies. They can always be countered. You just have to figure out how. And different flavors give you different options, so picking a different set will give you a new fresh experience! So buckle up, bring your flammable fuels and prepare to report some bugs. This codebase is a dumpsterfire, but the final boss is still pretty lit. There are limited spaces, so get them while they're hot! Join the beta! I apologize for all the fire puns in this post. I definitely will keep doing them. Actually I'm not sorry at all
