About this game

It's 2:59 AM, and you can't get any sleep. You rise for a glass of water and you receive a text from a mysterious individual. The text sends you a link to an unfamiliar website. The website gives you a guide on how to play a game and you decide to set up and play since you're wide awake. After the chants have been made and the candles have been lit, the fun begins... Win the game, or find yourself in a dark hell scape forever.

There is more to LUDUS VETITUS than you think. Is it a simple game of hide and seek? Or are there secrets hidden in the deepest pits in the darkness? Only one way to find out.

  • The candles are hidden, so you have to find all 5 of them.
  • Finding the candles aren't easy; unlock doors and search every cabinet.
  • Winning isn't straightforward, the demon roams and is constantly looking for you. If you are found, run and hide in a nearby hiding place.
  • There are four demons; a random demon is chosen to play the hunter. Some have special abilities that give it an advantage.

    LUDUS VETITUS Demo Update v1.10

I recently thought about expanding the demo build to include more seekers, so I chose to! This is what has happened and what is to come: BUG FIXES: Fixed fatal error at the breaker box Fixed animation issues Fixed sound issues to where one cancels out the other CHANGES: Changed certain dialog text Improved seeker sounds ADDITIONS: Added a new seeker: The Skin Stealer Added a version text in the menu WHAT WILL BE NEXT? After the addition of the skin stealer, I will start on improving him and Umbra if need be. As I do so, I will also start implementing a new seeker (I won't say who)!
