About this game
The story is set in the modern world but with some medieval fantasy elements weave into it. The main character (the player will pick a name for him) is a farmer in his late 20s living alone in the country side. He inherited the farm from his father and has been living off of it ever since he got out of university.
One night he found a mysterious unconscious girl wearing armor on his farm (lucky guy).
She claim that her name is Celes and she's a knight that come from another world. She has no knowledge of this world and have nowhere to go. The MC offered to take her in. They start living together and develop a deep emotional connection.
But farming alone isnt exactly the most profitable business in this day and age, and MC want to eventually move to the big city to pursue a different career, and to show Celes a world beyond his small isolated farm, a world of corruption and temptation...
Could our main character protect her from the corruption of this world ?

Hey everyone, after a long hiatus, I’m happy to announce that the game is officially back in development and the new version is ready. Version 0.4 is now available! A huge thank you to everyone who waited patiently, left encouraging comments, or just kept the game installed. Your support genuinely means a lot and played a big part in getting this update finished. Progress update #7
The development has been smooth sailing so far, I upgraded my gig to a new monitor and an RTX 3090 GPU so rendering time would be much faster, hopefully it will be enough to make up for the lost time.The recent news about Steam and Itch banning NSFW games are indeed worrying, but for the time being it hasn't affects Esoterika's development. I've decided to start posting progress update here on Steam. Maybe once a month or something like that. A very important update
Hey there, this is Inkshade, the developer of Esoterika It is with a heavy heart that I have to proclaim the following... Military rations suck. They're decent, mind you, but only meant to provide essential nutrients and sate hunger – no more, no less.With that out of the way: Active development of Esoterika resumes! Actually, not immediately. When this post goes live, I will still be settling back into civilian life. Being away from a computer for half a year certainly didn't do wonders for my rhythm – but rest assured, I will be back into my groove in no time at all!Which, of course, means that the next update of Esoterika, the 0.4 update, will take a bit longer than it usually would. I don't want to mention any numbers whatsoever – lest they later be used against me in the court of public opinion – but there will absolutely be an update before the end of 2025th year!To all our fans who supported us (subscribed or not) through this time – thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
