Reshape the Future: Demolition comes to Construction Simulator: Evolution
Sometimes, building the future starts with tearing down the past. For the first time in Construction Simulator history, demolition is going to be a fully integrated gameplay feature in Construction Simulator: Evolution. Old buildings, industrial structures, walls, chimneys and more will stand between you and your next project — and it will be up to you to make room for what comes next. Our new Reshape the Future Trailer gives you a first look at this major new addition to the series. Watch the Reshape the Future Trailer: Tear it down. Build something new. Construction has always been about creating something new. But sometimes, before the first foundation can be laid, something else has to go. With demolition, Construction Simulator: Evolution expands the familiar construction site experience with an entirely new phase of work. You'll take on contracts that require you to dismantle existing structures before the site can be transformed. And demolition isn't simply about hitting a building until it disappears. Different structures are made from different materials, and wood, brick, concrete and steel each react differently to your equipment. Choosing the right machine and attachment can make the difference between carefully dismantling a structure and taking a much more direct approach. Sometimes, precision is the answer.Sometimes, it is a wrecking ball. Demolition In-DepthWant to see exactly how it works? Our new Demolition In-Depth takes you to an old industrial site in Amber Falls, our US-inspired map, where an existing complex needs to make way for something new. The contract combines wooden elements, brick, reinforced concrete and steel, giving us the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the different approaches available to you. Watch the Demolition In-Depth: The right tool for the job Different materials offer different levels of resistance. Wooden structures can often be removed with relatively simple tools – sometimes even the bucket already attached to your ex...Read full article on Community Announcements (Jana [astragon])Patch NotesOfficial
An Important Update on Construction Simulator: Evolution
Hello Construction Crew, Today, we want to share an important update about the future of Construction Simulator: Evolution. Since the announcement of the game, we have communicated that Construction Simulator: Evolution would release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S at the same time. Following our recent playtest and a careful review of the feedback we received, astragon Entertainment and weltenbauer. have jointly decided to adjust this release plan. Construction Simulator: Evolution will launch in Early Access on Steam first. The full release for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S will follow at a later date. The playtest gave us many valuable and encouraging insights into the game and showed us where we can make an already strong foundation even better. Based on that feedback, we want to use the next phase of development to work more closely with you and make sure we focus on the areas that matter most to our community. Building the future of the game together First of all, thank you to everyone who participated in the playtest, shared feedback, reported issues, and told us what you enjoyed. Your feedback gave us much more than a list of individual improvements. It helped us better understand where we can refine the experience and which details deserve additional attention as we continue developing Construction Simulator: Evolution. Early Access gives us the opportunity to turn that feedback into an ongoing conversation. By launching on Steam in Early Access first, we will be able to provide updates more frequently, gather feedback throughout development, and set the right priorities together with the community. Some features and content will be introduced over time, while selected additions may also become available in beta versions first so that we can gather feedback before their full integration. We have already invested several years into Construction Simulator: Evolution, and a substantial part of the experience is already in place. This next ph...Read full article on Community Announcements (Jana [astragon])AnnouncementsOfficial

🚧 Get Hands-On in Construction Simulator: Evolution 🚧
Gather around, Construction Crew!Construction Simulator has always been about powerful machines, heavy-duty contracts, and the satisfaction of watching a construction site come together piece by piece. Over the years, we’ve seen many of you ask for even more ways to be part of the construction site – not just in the cab, but right in the middle of the action. That’s exactly where manual labor comes in. In our brand-new Manual Labor Trailer, we’re giving you a closer look at this major new addition coming to Construction Simulator: Evolution, and how hands-on construction work brings you closer to the job site than ever before. Watch the trailer right here: For the first time in the series, you’ll be able to step out of the machine and take part in construction work directly. From using hand tools to completing small-scale jobs on site, manual labor adds a new layer of interaction, immersion, and variety to your day-to-day work.So grab your tools, put on your workwear, and get ready to take construction into your own hands. More Than Machines Of course, heavy machinery is still at the heart of Construction Simulator: Evolution. You’ll operate a massive fleet of officially licensed machines, take on large-scale projects, and move tons of material across busy construction sites. But some jobs need a more personal touch. With manual labor, you can now step out of the cab and take care of tasks yourself. Whether you’re preparing materials, working on surfaces, or using tools directly on site, these new activities make the construction site feel more alive and give you more ways to contribute to each project. It’s not just about operating the biggest machine anymore. Sometimes, it’s about grabbing the right tool and getting the job done by hand. Brick by Brick, Wall by WallManual labor introduces new construction activities that let you take part in the smaller but essential steps of a job site. You’ll be able to build walls, plaster surfaces, and saw materials as part of...Read full article on Community Announcements (Jana [astragon])
