About the Game
Granvir is an action roguelite featuring mech building. Players battle through a route of their choice reaching extraction and completing side objectives at the cost of valuable resources. Between battles, players can swap out parts for upgrades found on the battlefield and manage their campaign by taking on loans to afford ammunition, aiding the locals for support in battle and more.

Equip devastating melee weapons such as swords, rocket spears and pile bunkers. Wield powerful long range guns like cannons, machine guns, flamethrowers and rocket pods. Mix and match armaments to suit your play style.
Mix torsos, legs, armatures and special modules to customize your Granvir. Defeating enemy ace pilots unlocks their unique parts.

Complete any campaign in single-player or multiplayer co-op with up to 10 Granvir pilots at a time. Share parts and resources utilizing the squad depot in rest areas as you plan your next moves.
No campaign is the same as you manage time, resources and your route to each objective. Each zone impacts what services and resources are available. Use down time between missions to refit and upgrade your Granvir to prevail.

Update 2.49.0: Shoulder Shields and 3D Model Export
This week's update introduces a batch of armatures with shoulder mounted shields. These shields are smaller and weaker than handheld shields but can be used on supporting and filled armatures depending on the weapon. Since shoulder shields don't offer much coverage from projectiles, their best use is to deflect melee attacks on builds that otherwise would have no access to a means of parrying. Certain shields can also be used to body slam enemy Granvir when raised, inflicting damage based on total mass. The ability to export your favorite builds as 3D model files has also been added in celebration of Granvir's 1 year anniversary! Any build constructed in the Sandbox campaign can be exported from the new "Export Granvir Model" button on the right side of the rest area menus. Exported models contain pivots for posing and all region color, metallic and smoothness assignments. Be sure to show off whatever you create on the official Discord or social media with #Granvir so we don't miss it!2.49.0Major FeaturesAdded 6 new armatures with shoulder mounted shields. Shoulder shields can be raised while the hand is empty, supporting a two handed weapon and while holding most weapons. Weapons that prevent the shoulder shield from raising when being held include those with wide or awkward grips incompatible with the raise pose like axes, scythes, and launchers. Some shoulder shield arms enable a light body slam effect when raised.Added the ability to export your current Granvir as a 3D model. The export button can be found in the right side rest area options in the Sandbox campaign. Exported models include posing pivots, region color, metallic and roughness but do not include detail and normal textures.Minor FeaturesReworked the VS01 Pauldron to include a small parrying oriented shoulder shield.Added the BN01 and BN02 Echo rifles, a tier 3 and tier 4 two handed rifle with high accuracy, an extremely small 2 round magazine and long reload time.Added the SF01 Brilliance, an armored...Read full article on Community Announcements (Airborne Games)Patch NotesOfficial
Update 2.48.0: Ammo Feed Variants
This week's update introduces 3 new munitions feed variants. Each variant only slightly expands the munitions feed but gives ranged builds new avenues to become more powerful. The Overloader Feed improves damage per shot at the cost of reload speed and ammo efficiency, ideal for builds that want to hit hard right away. The Turbo Feed allows you to boost your reload speed at the cost of heat generation, ideal for builds with plenty of spare heat and a small amount of weapons they want to keep firing. The Cushion Feeds reduce reload speed but provide a large amount of recoil control, ideal for builds with multiple sets of simultaneously firing weapons. Each new feed has a variant at tier 2, 3 and 4.Stat comparisons have also been added so you can better compare items. You can find them in shops, the inventory and the mech builder. In the mech builder, the stats of the hovered item are compared to the currently selected part.2.48.0Major FeaturesAdded color coded stat comparison highlighting for single value stats to comparison tooltips in shops, the inventory and the mech builder.Added the OF Overloader Feeds, back modules that slightly expand munitions feed size and boost damage per shot while reducing damage per ammo and reload speed. These feed expansions are NOT included in the munitions vendor's munitions feed options.Added the AF Turbo Feeds, back modules that slightly expand munitions feed size and reduce reload speed but allow reload speed to be boosted at the cost of heat generation. These feed expansions are NOT included in the munitions vendor's munitions feed options.Added the PF Cushion Feeds, back modules that slightly expand munitions feed size and reduce reload speed but greatly increase recoil control. These feed expansions are NOT included in the munitions vendor's munitions feed options.Minor FeaturesAdded the CS Carrying Case handheld utilities, cargo capacity expanding parts that are held in armatures and can be quickly dropped with a control or by...Read full article on Community Announcements (Airborne Games)Patch NotesOfficial
Hotfix 2.47.4: Next Campaign+ Start Issues
2.47.4 Adjusted the BP01 Cargo Pack to only provide 1 cargo space and added a tier 2 variant that matches the original. Added small formatting to various stats to include + and % so the effect of the stats can be better intuited. Fixed non-handheld beam weapons not using handedness to remember their last assigned preferences. Fixed gamebreaking issues caused by starting Next Campaign+ in a multiplayer session if any player has an ammo using ranged weapon in their cargo.Read full article on Community Announcements (Airborne Games)Patch NotesOfficial
Hotfix 2.47.2: Munitions Feed Size Custom Difficulty Setting
Added a custom difficulty setting that controls the base size of the munitions feed. It can be set to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8. Added bonus reload speed to all MF External Feed back modules. Added a handedness column to the Granvir controls menu so all control groups display their side instead of just ones that include it in the name. Fixed equipping weapons during unarmed attacks preventing future attacks, most notably kicks but any attack could be affected. Fixed the loaded shots counter not reducing when ammo is removed from the munitions feed or fired by another weapon and less than the currently loaded shots remains.Read full article on Community Announcements (Airborne Games)Patch NotesOfficial
Update 2.47.0: Ammo Feed Rework
This week's update overhauls how ammo is provided to weapons on your Granvir. Instead of each weapon having its own ammo container, Granvirs now have a new two slot inventory called the munitions feed that all weapons will pull from when firing. The munitions feed can be expanded with certain torsos, certain tracks, a new series of back modules and a new series of special modules. The primary goal of this rework is to simplify the inventory by removing the ammo slots that would come and go as weapons were added and removed. This should also remove the awkward incentive to carry around weapons you don't plan to use just to stockpile ammo and improve the parity between ranged and melee build's desire for supporting parts. Please be aware that due to the removal of the weapon specific ammo containers, saves may load differently than they were made as the system is unable to find the container your ammo was in before. Saves should not break but if they do, I can manually fix the files if you are willing to share them through the official Discord.2.47.0Major FeaturesRemoved the ammo inventories from all weapons and replaced it with the Munitions Feed, a 2 slot inventory that all weapons now pull their ammo from. Certain torsos, certain tracks, new special modules and new back modules can expand the size of the munitions feed.Added the AF Internal Feed special modules, a series of special modules that increases munitions feed size and boosts reload speed.Added the MF External Feed back modules, a series of back modules that can greatly increase munitions feed size.Minor FeaturesAdded a munitions feed expanding module that consistently appears at the munitions vendor.Added a scroll bar to the inventory when it becomes too large to fit on screen.Adjusted resistance support selections to follow the same storage behavior as other item selections.Reduced the camera motion caused by melee attacks when there are more than two arms installed on the Granvirs.FixesFixed being able to...Read full article on Community Announcements (Airborne Games)
