Steam Deck the Halls
Welcome to December! Because many of our one player does so on the Steam Deck, we've focused this update on QOL for him. You can now use a controller to get into a game and play it, all without touching a screen or using a mouse. There are limitations, though. I'll keep working on it.Additionally, we've updated the S & A (Stats and Achieves) button to be Stats & Leads. It shows the leaderboards alongside your stats now.Controller SupportMain menu navigable by joystickHold left trigger in game to really fine-tune your meat placementYou can transition between keyboard, mouse, and controller seamlessly in-gameGame Over Menu you will need to use touch or mouse (for now).Leaderboard UpdatesThe leaderboard can now be manually cycled through using the arrow buttonsLeaderboards are now displayed in the Stats & Leads menu, so you don't have to start a gameAfter this, we will be building a secret laboratory where we can try out the Glizzy-o-meater and something we call a "double wiener bun".Read full article on Community Announcements (1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme)AnnouncementsOfficial
The Sweet Sounds of Weekly Meats
I got a little distracted after our last update in March, but now we're back with the promised soundtrack update. Some people, if you can even call them people, have less taste than brains and don't love the original in-game music. To solve this problem, we've added 3 new tracks in different styles that you can choose to drink in with your ear-mouth while chasing a new all-time high score. But, since some inhuman meat-monster has had the All Time High Score on the leaderboards for the past couple of months and everybody is mad about it, we've decided to add in Weekly Leaderboards.Song Selection In Options MenuClassico (it's a classic)Dixie (menu music)Jazz BabyInstrumentalVocals (for people that really like vocals)Weekly LeaderboardsWeekly leaderboards reset at midnight UTC on SundaysRead full article on Community Announcements (1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme)Patch NotesOfficial

Glerks more like... well I guess they're just called Glerks
It's been brought to our attention that we have a real Glerk problem. JlLNQPnibQ8 We hope this patch fixes the Glerking but there are also some other changes. We've got 4 new achievements, and some of the meats have a subtle change in their shape that hopefully better aligns the visuals to the hit boxes, ensuring less daylight between your meats. Look out soon for a soundtrack update. Major Bug Fix - Composite Colliders
There's been a bigtime oopsies going on since we introduced Meat-Shaped Colliders. It's been brought to my attention through watching people play the game that sometimes meats will fall through the container or burst out the sides when playing with Meat-Shaped Colliders turned on. I spent a lot of time trying to fix this, and finally came up with a new solution. So, everybody who has been playing with Meat-Shaped colliders will now be moved over to Composite Colliders which are still way more meat-shaped than circular, but not quite as good as Meat-Shaped. But, they do have the advantage of staying in the jar and not popping out the bottom. Enjoy!Read full article on Community Announcements (1986 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme)
