Axe Ghost is a strategy game where you navigate through 21 hand-built puzzles by pushing monsters around a grid to blow them up. Test your skills against the Daily Challenge's Lord Garnemar in this unique turn-based puzzle combat experience from Tomasz Kaye.

About this game

Axe Ghost is a turn-based puzzle game built around a Daily Challenge.

A run takes about 20 minutes. Your hand of cards lets you push, swap, clone, slice, freeze, magnetize and destroy the monsters advancing on the grid before they reach the bottom. Group them well - the more you catch in one attack, the more each one is worth. Take on optional Quests for a score multiplier. Spend a Coin to play an extra hand when you're in a bind.

Survive the onslaught and Lord Garnemar appears, only vulnerable when the same monster surrounds him on four sides.

Fragments is 21 hand-crafted puzzles by Richard Boeser (ibb & obb, Dubio). Rearrange the monsters to meet the objective using a single hand of cards. They begin gently; the hardest ones are tough.

I hear them approaching.

    Full Controller Support

Reviews help a lot for small games! If you've been enjoying Axe Ghost, please consider leaving one!Axe Ghost now has full controller support.Axe Ghost is turn-based puzzle combat. You push monsters around a grid and blow them up. It's based around a Daily Challenge leaderboard, and there are 21 hand-built puzzles in Fragments mode.I'm a mouse-and-keyboard person. To make controller support a worthwhile effort I decided the threshold for shipping it was 'I actually prefer playing Axe Ghost with the controller'. I'm happy to say that's now the case! You can play the whole game comfortably on an Xbox, PlayStation, or Steam Deck controller. Prompts in the tutorial use the correct controller glyphs, and the pause menu lists every controller button and what it does. Here's some footage of how it plays this way:\ Also in this update:Faster startup, especially on macFixed the menu frame rate on macShare your Daily Challenge result to BlueskyA batch of scoring and leaderboard fixesFound something broken?
