About this game

BARON – The First Realistic Open World Mafia RPG Set in Turkey

Set in the criminal underworld of Ankara, BARON places players at the heart of a story about justice, loyalty, and revenge. After losing his parents at a young age, Alparslan takes a stand against a corrupt mafia regime to protect his neighborhood and uncover the truth behind his father’s murder. But this is only the beginning...

🎯 What to Expect:

  • ✔️ A highly immersive world reflecting Turkish culture and daily life
(local street vendors, neighborhood cafés, Atatürk statues, mosques)

  • ✔️ Fully voiced Turkish characters with professional dialogue

  • ✔️ A deep, choice-driven story that shapes the future of your world

  • ✔️ Level-based character development and skill upgrades

  • ✔️ Open-world exploration and dynamic missions

  • ✔️ Day-night cycle and underground black market system

  • ✔️ TPS/FPS gameplay mechanics with cinematic cutscenes

🚗 From Backstreets to Crime Empire

With the hustle of Ankara’s streets, echoes of prayer calls from minarets, and authentic local details — BARON is more than just an action game; it’s a cultural experience.

👊 Your Choice: Justice or Power?

The decisions you make won’t only affect Alparslan — they’ll change the entire neighborhood. Will you show mercy or exact revenge? Will you build an empire, or die trying?

The Demo Version Has Been Removed

Baron, which has been available as a demo for two years, is now ready to launch in early access. Based on the feedback I’ve gathered over the past two years, I’ve made numerous adjustments. Since the demo no longer reflects the game’s current state, I’ve removed it from the platform. I can now provide a release date. After a long development process, I can finally see the end of the early access phase clearly for the first time. That’s why I’ve decided to release the game’s early access version on October 20.The section you played in the demo will be included in the Early Access version with the same story and level design. By playing the Early Access version, you’ll be able to understand the events leading up to the story, the part set in Istanbul, and what happens afterward. The early access version features approximately 6 hours of story content. You’ll be able to explore freely on the 1.5 km² Ankara map. I’d like to thank everyone who has supported me so far.See you in Early Access!Fatih Dörttepe (Founder of Storm Rise Studio)

    Bug Fix

I have been tracking the issue of the game crashing after Sami's death for a long time, but I still haven't been able to identify the source of the problem. I tried to resolve this situation by taking a different approach. I believe this update may have solved the problem. Your feedback is very important to me. I read all the videos and comments you share about Baron, and I'm trying to find a solution based on your collective requests for the early access version. I can say that a great early access version awaits you. Since I developed the demo version and early access version on my own, I offered the game to you as a demo (for free) to show that I have no ulterior motives, unlike certain games in the history of Turkish games. You mentioned that the demo was too dark, so I took that into consideration and updated the demo version with a brighter atmosphere.
