Update 8.8 - Chaos Deflect AI & New Player Buffs
Changelog: - New AI System - Chaos Deflect (Experimental). The AI has been upgraded with a brand-new Chaos Deflect system, replacing precise parries with complete anarchy. This makes the game slightly easier—but not too much. An aggressive playstyle is now highly rewarded, as enemies will relentlessly spam the block button while you're attacking, pushing the system to its limit and leaving themselves open. For now, you can switch between the old and new system at any time. - Substitution Down – now deadlier than ever. - Substitution Up – increased speed and improved chaining. Now allows for instant follow-ups with Special Attack Forward, Special Attack Up, or any other action. - Special Attack Forward – improved enemy tracking. - Upgraded to DLSS 4 – should be a nice boost for mid-tier GPUs. - Volcanic Map Shader Update – improved visuals and effects for a more immersive experience. - Camera System Improved – enhanced cinematic sequences and overall camera behavior for a smoother, more immersive experience. - AI Tweaks – additional improvements to enemy behavior. - Updated Parry & Damage Effects – new visuals for parries and hit reactions. - Camera Shake Enhancements – adjusted for better impact feel. - Burn Damage Increased – fire is now an even bigger threat (or not?). - Old Bugs Fixed, New Ones Added – because it wouldn’t be an update otherwise. Now, Kuro's attacks are at peak effectiveness against bosses. Parry and strike back, dodge and punish, bait and cheese — choose your strategy and take down any enemy. Good luck!Read full article on Community Announcements (Wize)Patch NotesOfficial

(This probably should’ve been added ages ago.) - Minor fixes and improvements. - No new bugs added.Read full article on Community Announcements (Wize)Patch NotesOfficial
Update 8.7 - Cheat Menu & Deflect System Update
Changelog: 1) Deflect System Tweaks Parrying just got an adjustment to make it more intuitive while still rewarding skill. The system works in 5 stages—each reducing the deflect window as you mistime or spam your parries. The breakdown: Stage 1 (Idle): 23 frames Stage 2: 20 frames Stage 3: 17 frames Stage 4: 14 frames Stage 5 (Spam): No parry—only an endless block. Stages are rolled back by cooldown. Successful deflects reset you to Stage 2. If you spam block, you’ll get destroyed. Precision is key. For context: Sekiro's standard parry window is 12 frames. To balance things out, bosses unleash twice or even three times as many attacks. Good luck. 2) Cheat Menu—Because I’m That Kind of Developer Yes, I added cheats. Yes, they’re right in the Settings menu. Want infinite chakra? Want to spam black fireballs? Now you can. But do you really think this choice comes without consequences? Go ahead. Activate them. The punishment awaits 😈 3) Starting from the second phase, bosses will now always open with the same attack. Learn it, adapt, and counter accordingly. 4) And as tradition demands—old bugs have been fixed, while new ones have been added.Read full article on Community Announcements (Wize)Patch NotesOfficial
