About this game

CREWED is a 2–6 player cooperative spaceship game where the biggest threat isn't space. It's your crew.

You work for a faceless megacorporation. They gave you a ship that barely works, a quota you can barely meet, and a universe that's actively trying to kill you. Your contract is non-negotiable.

It's not just what you do. It's when you do it.

Some tasks are simple on your own but every system feeds the next one. A single unattended task turns into three overlapping crises. Miss the moment, and everything starts to fall apart.

You're not only managing the ship, you're trying to survive inside it. Hull cracks vent your oxygen. Cold rooms drain your health. Things spiral fast, and not always in ways you can prepare for.

One moment you're in control. Next, you're on the cargo bay floor, listening to your crew panic over the intercom.

Not everyone reacts the same way under pressure. And somehow, that's where the best moments happen.

You can only hear the people near you. The intercom works, until the reactor strains and it gets crackly. Then it cuts out entirely. Someone is screaming two floors down and you have no idea why.

  • 2–6 player co-op built around communication and coordination

  • Cascading failure systems where every problem creates two more

  • Proximity voice chat and an in-ship intercom that fails when the reactor does

  • Deep ship management: seal hull cracks, restart reactors, clean O2 filters, clear heating pipes

  • Procedurally generated missions and environments

  • Streamer-friendly chaos that's as fun to watch as it is to play

  • Regular updates shaped by our community

Next Fest Build is Live: New Look, New UI, Fewer Excuses

Next Fest Build is Live Management is pleased to announce that the CREWED Next Fest build has been deployed. We've spent the past weeks making the ship look better, feel better, and fail in more balanced ways. Here's what changed: Visual Improvements The ship got a glow-up. Improved lighting, polished environments, and an overall sharper look across the board. It won't make you a better crew member, but at least your failures will be better lit. New Character Design Meet the new crew. Our characters have been fully redesigned with a fresh look that better fits the world of CREWED. Same questionable decision making, new outfits. New UIs We rebuilt the interface from the ground up. Cleaner menus, clearer in-game screens, and information that's actually readable while everything around you is on fire. You're welcome. Difficulty Fine Tuning We've rebalanced the game based on playtest data. Things should now escalate at a fairer pace. If your ship still explodes in the first five minutes, that one's on you. Quality of Life Improvements A long list of small fixes and polish across the entire game. Smoother interactions, fewer annoyances, and a generally less hostile work environment. Onboard the ship, at least. Steam Next Fest runs June 15-22. The demo is free, the chaos is included. Grab 2-6 friends (or strangers, we don't judge) and try to keep the ship in one piece. Join our Discord to find a crew, report bugs, or file a formal complaint with Management. Wishlist CREWED if you haven't already. It helps more than you'd think. See you in space. Crewed Crew

    Crew Comfort Update

This update is all about making your time aboard smoother, quieter, and slightly less confusing for the new hires.A better first shiftThe tutorial has been significantly reworked. New crew members now get a proper introduction to ship operations instead of being launched into the void with a thumbs up and a prayer. We also brought the in-game menu into the tutorial, so you can adjust your settings without leaving the session. Settings you actually asked forThe in-game menu now includes audio and voice options, so you can finally balance the chaos to taste. And by popular demand: you can now disable gate sounds. We heard you. Loudly. Repeatedly. The gates have been told to keep it down. Everything elsePlus many other quality of life improvements scattered throughout. The kind you do not notice one by one, but together they make the ship feel a little less like it is held together with tape and good intentions. What's nextThe next update is all about polish. We are taking existing mechanics and significantly sharpening them, because a chaotic game should at least be chaotic on purpose. We are also opening a brand new area: the Reactor Room. Bring a fire extinguisher. Or do not. We are not your supervisor. See you in space. Crewed Crew
