Betrayal Beach

About this game

Betrayal Beach is an online social deduction survival game for 4-8 players. Crash landed on a strange island, a group of survivors must work together to survive long enough for rescue to come. However, 1-2 players are working as saboteurs. Blending in with the survivors of the crash, their goal is to make sure none leave the island alive.

• Collect resource cards to contribute to objectives or keep yourself alive.
  
• Craft useful gear, such as spears to fend off animal attacks or a basket to carry more resources.
  
• Manage your health, hunger, and limited inventory space.
  
• Deliberate with fellow survivors and vote to exile the saboteur from camp.
  
• Play as 3 unique roles with extra abilities.

• Blend in with the survivors to gain their trust.
  
• Sabotage objectives to stall the survivors' progress and put them in danger.
  
• Unleash Suffering by activating strange totems and opening mysterious caches.
  
• Lie, deceive, betray, and sow chaos!
  
• Play as 2 unique roles with extra abilities.

• Each day is separated into timed phases. Forage during the day and deliberate exile at night.
  
• Vote to exile possible saboteurs and throw them into a volcano.
  
• Built-in voice and text chat to communicate with fellow survivors or saboteurs.
  
• Choose your character's look from a variety of styles.
  
• Unlock seat cosmetics through achievements.

  V1.8.0 Island's Revenge

  Betrayal Beach V1.8.0 Island's Revenge!Greetings Survivors!!It's been a while. A few weeks ago I was contacted by the youtuber JeromeACE with a video idea in which there would be no survivors but nobody would know it. So I worked on a secret option to play a match with all survivors! He made a video on it and it's a fun watch so check it out.My plan was to be done with updates for this game. However, since I had done the work for the video I figured hey, I might as well just polish it up into a real update for everyone to play. And then I did. It's not a huge update but it offers some fun new rules and I gave it a fancy name because why not.Patch Notes:New Auto-Sabotage rule.With this rule enabled the stockpile, totems, and campfire will be automatically sabotaged.This will happen based on a random chance, players in the area, contributors and things like that.The automatic sabotages are meant to make it seem like they could be done by a player. So this setting is best used with the other new random saboteurs rule.New random saboteurs rule.With this setting enabled a the number of saboteurs each round will be random between 0-2 and secret.This adds an extra layer of uncertainty to every match. Who could the saboteur be? How many are there? Are there really any at all!?If 0 saboteurs is chosen the auto-sabotage rule will be enabled.Can now set the number of saboteurs to 0.If you want to troll your friends or just play in some kinda PvE setup, now you can!If set to 0 the night time shrine will balance itself as if there were 1 or 2 saboteurs alive based on the number of players in the game.Check out the video!While your at it, check out my newest game Explosive Odds!

  New Game Announcement

  Greetings survivors! Today I am excited to announce my next game project: Explosive Odds! In Explosive Odds you will be taking turns between 2-4 players cutting wires on the BombSlot device. Earn money, use abilities to gain an edge over chance and don't go boom! It has been a lot of fun working on this game so far and I am excited for you all to get your hands on it in the future.   The Mountain DLC Update 1.7.0

  Version 1.7.0 The Mountain! Greetings Survivors! This update brings a new DLC with an all new map, The Mountain! Complete with 4 forage locations, 20+ new cards and an all new unique warmth system. Priced at 5.99 USD, this map is meant to be a harder survival experience, so working together and communicating is key! I had a lot of fun making this DLC, and I hope you enjoy playing it. As with the Island Curse DLC only the host needs to own The Mountain to play on it. However, the DLC does also include 3 new skins to use, and you will need to own it to use them. Final Update and Thank You: I would also like to say a big thank you to everyone who has played the game thus far. (And thanks for 200 steam reviews!). Working on this game has been a lot of fun and it has been super cool to see people play, leave reviews, make videos, and join in community play events.
