Minesweeper Variants 1 & 2 Update: New Content and Quality-of-Life Improvements
Hi all, We would like to thank everyone who has supported 14 Minesweeper Variants 1 & 2! A new major update is now live, featuring new puzzle content for 14 Minesweeper Variants 2 and quality-of-life improvements for both games. A 30% discount for both games will begin on August 31 and run for one week. Content update for 14 Minesweeper Variants 2 1. Two new puzzle sets, and , are added to . You can unlock them by completing 3 levels in 7x7 and 3 levels in 7x7. 2. New puzzle sets are added to : and several new secondary-board combinations. You can unlock by completing 3 levels in 7x7 after unlocking . 3. Added 8 new achievements. 4. Progress imported from 14 Minesweeper Variants 1 now remains available even after 14mv1 is uninstalled. Quality-of-life improvements for 14 Minesweeper Variants 1 & 2 1. Added bookmarks and puzzle history. 2. Added 10 new color presets, including 4 created by the community. 3. Added an option to enable colored cells on all puzzle boards, with customizable colors. 4. Optimized memory usage in the drawing mode. Added redo support for drawing. 5. For 14 Minesweeper Variants 2: 472 new level sets, featuring new combinations of rules from 14mv1+2, including , and more. In Ultimate Mode, you can now enable the "+A" mod (auto-reveal) together with the "!" mod (hide deductible count). Updated Japanese translations. Minor visual improvements and bug fixes. For 14 Minesweeper Variants 1: We have backported the free hints feature from 14mv2! You can enable it in the options menu.
