About this game
WELCOME TO HIGHLAND!
Weed Shop 4 is a cannabis business simulator with an infusion of business management, FPS gameplay, co-op, and a storyline that totally makes sense as long as you don't think about it.
You wake up drifting on a busted boat next to a rundown tropical island that makes you miss your hood.
No money. No weed. No Idea.
Good news? There’s dirt, sunlight… and just enough elephant crap on you to try again.
Can you turn this place into a weed empire… or just get high trying?
BUILD YOUR HUSTLE
Start with nothing and turn it into something that almost works.
Grow weed in whatever you can find
Sell it, flip it, reinvest it, or just smoke it.
Upgrade your setup so it stops looking like a crime scene
Grow better product, charge more, repeat
Run it solo or with friends. You got some, right?
GO BIG OR BURN OUT
The island died when the tourists left.
Now it’s on you to bring them back.
Grow better weed
Open shops and attract new customers
Expand your operation
Turn a forgotten island into a business
Make enough money… and maybe you can finally leave.
VISIT HIGHLAND!

"Monthly" Rolling Patch #3
Hey hey hey, so some of you who are still following this trainwreck might be wondering what happened to the monthly updates.... Well, a fucking reload crash resurfaced on the eve of the release of the last month's patch, and we've spent almost 3 weeks trying to fix it, plus a week sitting on a toilet in Nam (not necessarily in that order) till we finally got it sorted out and ready for the main branch, So here it is in all its glory: last month's monthly patch ːws_damanːRoll joints and expand your operation- Added Starter and Advanced Rolling Tables. Load them with flower, papers, and a grinder, then physically grind, pour, roll, and collect the finished joints.- Hand-rolled and table-rolled joints now preserve their Indica, Sativa, or Hybrid identity. Incompatible strains cannot be mixed into the same loaded papers.- Added Janky, Legit, and Bougie Joint Dispensers. Stock them with joints and nearby stoners will provide an additional passive revenue stream.- The trash guy now replenishes some of his cash daily, allowing you to sell more of your old crap more often.New furniture, equipment, and shop items- Added new shop counters and displays with switchable Counter, Display, and Closed modes, giving you more control over how customers use each spot.- Added six late-game Sleek (and paintable) counters and displays as well as a sleek Jukebox.- Added six paintable and neon light shits.- Added 3-slot, 6-slot, and 9-slot battery racks.- Added the Kush Harvest Cabinet, Chronic Wall Cache, and wall-mounted Bamboo Storage Cabinet for larger storage needs.- Mr Person is back for all your spray-paint needs.- Added paid refill stations and free solar charging docks in town.Tablet app upgradesBurner: Rebuilt task browsing with clearer objectives, progress, and rewards. Actual new tasks are coming to beta in a week, and main in #3.5 tho. DaPlug: Rebuilt shopping, checkout, deliveries, and order tracking with clearer categories and product information. Larger orders are supported...Read full article on Community Announcements (Weed Games)Patch NotesOfficial
Monthly "Balance" Patch #2
Sup guys, this month we spent a shit-ton of time rebalancing the gameplay, progression, and implementing a real difficulty system. While it's not perfect and still needs a lot of love, it's at least a little closer to where we want it to be and hopefully makes a little more sense to you too...XP & Leveling UpPlaying on Flipflop you'll get awarded the most XP for minimum effort harvests, sales and samples, and get a way lower leveling curve. On Gigachad, however, you're gonna wish you brought some lube.Sales & CooldownsStreet and shop sales prices, customer max-pend caps and cooldowns are now tied to difficulty. Playing on Flipflop difficulty will give you more bang for you buck and less downtime, while Gigachad mode will keep your lazy ass broke forever. Harvest & QualityOnce again, Flipflop will get you better harvest quality/potency and yield even without any growing gear. Water & lighting will affect the quality/yield negatively at lower thresholds, also plants will be more resilient to stress. Temperature and humidity swings will have less effect on mite/mold risk. As for Gigachad, imagine the opposite of the above.Getting HighGetting stoned is now easier across the board, but playing on Flipflop will make you zooted in no time. While we're planning on hooking up more systems to the stoned levels, currently being just a little high will allow you to see your customers' weed and merch needs before you waste your crappy doobies on them.Grow Locations & PlantsGrowing in the Dildo Pad will get you more light during the day but less protection from the elements, meaning weather changes will more directly affect your plants' stress & mite/mold risk. While growing in the Nut Milk Factory will be nearly impossible without lights, but temperature and humidity will be more stable. Lower-tier seeds have lower light requirements, which will make it easier to grow them even at night. When light requirements aren't met, plants will grow more slowly, and harvested yield will s...Read full article on Community Announcements (Weed Games)AnnouncementsOfficial
Monthly GigaPatch #1
What's up, guys! So it's been a month since our disastrous launch, and things have been going swimmingly... ːws_damanː whatever the fuck that means... But yeah, thanks to your support, we managed to get most of the initial bugs fixed, some suggestions implemented, crap polished, and shit added. Most of the stuff was partially released on both beta and main branches, but since we didn't put any official patch notes out, we'll include most of it here. Here's what's new:Highpad with really bad signal reception is included in the default inventory loadout.New Highpad apps covering tasks, rentals/customization, online shopping, maps, and a stat wiki.Added water and power utilities to power the new lighting/water/ventilation equipment.New village grow location: Nut Milk Factory.New town shop location: Abandoned Convenience Store.Customization options for the first Weed Shop location via the ZiLow app.Selectable village and town drop points for Amaz'int deliveries.Higher-end skateboards and scooters.Level 1 shop furniture and decorations.Fishing rods, dildos, and Smart TV's.Maikok unlocked and sparsely populated upon reaching level 10.10% more jiggle on the left titties.Optimized weather, lights, and torches (lower your graphics settings if on potato).Optimized the NPCs... somewhat.Fixed tutorial-related issues and glitches.Rebalanced the grow and sales economy.Fixed 420+ minor and major bugs/crashes... ok, maybe it was more like 42 ːws_damanːAnyway, there's probably more changes in the game since the last patch notes, but doing patch notes sucks elephant dick, so we'll leave it hereːws_smileyfaceːThanks for all of your support, bug reports, and suggestions, and stay tuned for more new content coming soon... ish ːws_damanː IYKYK ːws_peaceːRead full article on Community Announcements (Weed Games)Patch NotesOfficial

Happy 420!
What’s up, guys! So another year’s passed, and here we are again—still late to the party and nowhere close to where we wanted to be. But hey, it’s 4/20, and it’s time to shit or get off the pot. So… here’s our shit: Weed Shop 4: Highland ːws_damanːUnpolished, untested, and barely playable—but it’s finally out for your disappointment ːws_smileyfaceː We’ll be fixing, optimizing, and polishing this turd over the coming days, and hopefully make it somewhat playable soon.Anyways, happy 4/20 and good nightːws_peaceːRead full article on Community Announcements (Weed Games)
