As the year wraps up, we want to thank you for your incredible support since launch. It’s been a busy few months for our small team as we’ve worked hard to roll out updates and fixes across PC and consoles, all based on your valuable feedback. Hotfixes in the Latest Update: Final Cutscene Subtitles: Subtitles are now properly displayed. Boss Defeat Soft Lock: Fixed errors that caused soft locks when bosses were defeated. Story Video Playback: Resolved an issue where story videos only played from level select and not post-level completion. Video Playback Soft Lock: Fixed an issue where videos could soft-lock players if not skipped. Previous Fixes: Control Rebinding: Custom control settings now save correctly, so you won’t need to reconfigure them after each session. Cutscene Skipping: No more accidental skipping of cutscenes. Dash Grabs: Dashing into grabbable objects or enemies won’t cancel your dash attack. Health Pickups: You can now grab health items without dropping your weapon. Boss Speed Fix: Bosses won’t slow down mid-fight, keeping the action fast-paced. Sprite Sheet Optimization: Visual artifacts from sprite sheets have been eliminated. Previous Quality-of-Life Improvements: Higher Difficulty Tweaks: Harder difficulties are now even tougher for those seeking a challenge. Dark Duke Boss Fight: Improved gameplay flow and less spammy mechanics. More Floppies: Increased floppy drops, especially from minibosses. Ferret AI: Smarter behavior from Ferret enemies.   We’ve got an exciting update for Wrath of Cobra packed with fixes and quality-of-life improvements. Check out what's been enhanced in your mission to bring down Cobra! Fixes Control Rebinding: Your custom control settings will now save correctly, so you won’t need to reconfigure them after each session. Cutscene Skipping: Accidental skipping of cutscenes has been resolved. Dash Grabs: Dashing into grabbable objects or enemies will no longer cancel your dash attack. Health Pickup While Armed: You can now pick up health items without needing to drop your weapon. Boss Movement Speed: Bosses will no longer slow down mid-fight. Sprite Sheet Optimization: We've optimized the sprite sheet to prevent any visual artifacting. Quality of Life Improvements Higher Difficulty Tweaks: Harder difficulties are now harder. Dark Duke Boss Fight: Dark Duke has undergone some improvements to make his fight more engaging and less spammy. More Floppies: Especially from minibosses. Ferret AI Improvements: The Ferret enemies are a bit smarter. Crimson Twins Boss Fight: The fight against the Crimson Twins has been refined for a more satisfying experience. Play as one of the legendary G.I. JOE characters, including Duke, Scarlett, Roadblock, Snake Eyes, and more. Defeat hordes of Cobra troopers, Vipers, Crimson Guards and more of Cobra’s malevolent machinations. Retro Gameplay Wrath of Cobra takes the classic arcade beat 'em up and brings it into the modern age: Easy to play, hard to master, and smoother than a ride in a H.I.S.S. Want to play with your friends? The game supports local multiplayer (eg. from your couch)! Classic Heroes Fight Cobra as your favorite G.I. JOE heroes, painstakingly recreated in beautiful pixel art. The differences between characters aren’t just cosmetic: Each hero has different movesets and unique abilities. From the fast and nimble Snake Eyes to the rough and tumble Roadblock, each character is true to form! Iconic Villains Cobra isn't just the Cobra Commander, it's also its legions!
