About this game
What would happen if to elect the next president of Mexico you had to hold on to blows and anyone could participate?
Well that happens in Kombate Mexicano Elexiones.
- Choose one of 33 fighters... er... candidates who must face each other to defeat their opponents and achieve their most fervent wishes.
- Run over the competition with the Minibus of the Choferoz, or punish the opponent with the Meat Whip of Rigoletto the taquero, or perhaps take the rival for a walk to a ravine courtesy of Amado Félix. Lots and lots of interesting Mexico-style special moves.
- (New) Kmx mode, select two characters and face 6 teams. Tag in, tag out in a dynamic gameplay to finally challenge not one, but two Chamucos.
- Train in practice mode, challenge a friend in vs mode, or strategize by watching machine vs machine in CPU vs CPU.
- Find hidden secrets throughout the game.
- Compatible with some controllers.
- Will you have what it takes to be the next president? Accept the challenge of the Kombate Mexicano.

Final Version Windows & Linux
- If everything is correct (which it rarely is) the game is available for Linux and therefore also supposedly on SteamDeck, as I don't have SteamDeck I will appreciate as always any hint on whether it works or not. - Multiplayer will not be an option, I couldn't implement it by doing it myself or hiring someone (a total disaster). Some features of this latest update are; - Chamuco's ending in Kmx mode. - Some lackluster Ex movements were retouched such as Gaspar's Impulse Attack or Zonzo among others. - Many visual effects were added and the possibility of select the color of a character by choosing it with Enter or Intro (although it is not reflected in the menu). - Various bug fixes. Thanks to everyone, it has been a hard but satisfactory experience.Read full article on Community Announcements (olinevir)AnnouncementsOfficial
Xbox and Playstation controllers
The Xbox and Ps3 controllers are finally configured from the start of the game, I have tested on many computers and everything seems to be working fine. Even so, at the moment I do not recommend trying to change buttons because it will use the previous scheme and from what I see, it does not work for many people. As soon as I check that things are going well I will implement the feature for the next update. Also the disconnections/connections mid-game could be still a problem in this patch. This update also includes the following: - Correction of most of the bugs caused by changing companions in Kmx mode. - To change partner spend 1/4 of the Ex Bar, but now it is free if the opponent is being damaged. - Improved the sequences reading for special moves. - Buffs and nerfs to some characters, too many to list right now. - The Main menu and Pause Screen's character selection now shows the key/button or axis to press to execute special moves. - Changes to some timers that caused weird behaviours, like lasting longer on some computers or cause much more damage. I hope this is the last update regarding the controllers, it has taken me longer than I would have liked. It's still pending in order: Version for Steam Deck, version for Android, and Multiplayer feature.Read full article on Community Announcements (olinevir)Patch NotesOfficial

Controllers
I've got a surprising amount of comments about the lack of controller compatibility, however is a feature present since long time ago. And for that I've made a few tweaks, so when the game detect a controller now indicates where to configure it. I own a Xbox controller, as well as 1 PS, an Arcade Stick and a generic one, and I've tested successfully all of them, however, in other Pc's some work on bluetooth and some on usb. The game is programmed on Unity, so I'm sure there will be some incompatibilities. If someone is so kind to share the experience of configuration, including the model, i'll be thankful, since I can work on getting a more wide compatibility. Soon I'm going to upload a video config with every controller I have.Read full article on Community Announcements (olinevir)AnnouncementsOfficial
Kombate Mexicano Elexiones completed
The last characters join the tournament. A lot has changed since the last update, here is a few: - All 33 characters. - Kmx mode available, it has its own story mode (might be still buggy since there are a lot of possible combinations). - 1 new stage background, Azteca Stadium entrance. - Balances, errors and bugs correction, and a lot more. The game is practically complete, unless there is a game breaker error, this is meant to be the second to last update. My goal now is the elusive multiplayer option, so wish me luck.
