About the game
In Office of Dreams, you are thrown into the depths of office management. Your task is simple (in theory): renovate a neglected office building, rent out its rooms, keep the tenants happy, and turn chaos into profit.
Clean, repair, furnish, and manage every square foot. Deal with damage, tenant requests, and daily disasters—sometimes figuratively, sometimes quite literally fires.
If the building starts making money... maybe one day it will finally be yours.

Repair walls, paint, tile, and furnish interiors

Thanks for all the reports and feedback after the latest update! I’ve just released another small hotfix with a few improvements:Tutorial improvement - after entering and leaving the first room, a pointer will appear inside it and remain visible until the renovation and furnishing quests for that room are completed.Additional room hints - in certain situations, the game will now remind you about unfinished renovation work or trash left in the room. This should help if, for example, a small part of a wall or ceiling was accidentally left unfinished.Room filtering in the Rentals tab - I added an option in the third column to show only rooms that meet the requirements of the selected offer.Controller fix - the popup with information about monitors can now be closed using the B button.Popup fix - also fixed the closing behavior of several popups that could occasionally get stuck and remain on screen.Achievement fix - achievements related to collecting business cards should now unlock correctly.Thank you for helping me catch these things and for all your suggestions.Enjoy the game! Hi everyone!In this small update, I’ve introduced several important fixes and balance changes.1. Negative Budget Bug FixI’ve fixed a bug that could cause an extremely large negative balance in certain situations.After loading your save, the lost money should be recovered and your budget should return to a correct positive value. If the save is not repaired automatically, you may need to start a new game. This issue should no longer occur in future playthroughs.I sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this problem. It was a completely new bug, and I fixed it as quickly as possible. I closely monitor your reports and always try to respond to them as soon as I can.2. Tenant Requirements and Rental Income BalanceI’ve reduced the space requirements for two companies:TinyForge Software: from 200 m² to 100 m²,Stellar Next Design: from 200 m² to 100 m².Their offers should now be easier to accommodate across the available floor layouts.I’ve also increased the rental income multipliers for higher zones. Expanding your skyscraper and unlocking new areas should now be more profitable.3. Information About Unavailable RoomsI’ve added a short reminder to the tablet explaining what to check when a room does not appear on the list of spaces available for rent.Make sure that:the room’s renovation is 100% complete,the room has been fully cleaned.Remember that you can also activate Scanner Mode by pressing B.
