About this game

The long awaited sequel to Burger Shop 2 is here! (In an early access format)...

In Burger Shop 1 and 2, you successfully created a universal chain of restaurants and found fame and fortune, until one day you woke up in a dumpster with a bump on your head, your restaurants boarded up, and no memory of how any of it happened. You then rebuilt your restaurant franchise, saved the universe, and also figured out how you ended up in that dumpster.

Now in Burger Shop 3, you again find yourself in deep trouble or rather... a deep freeze! 500 years in the future, you awaken from cryogenic freezing, with no memory of how you got there and with a one billion dollar library fine! Can you resurrect your restaurant empire from the rubble of the ancient past, figure out what happened, and settle that pesky library fine?

  • 5 Restaurant Types: Mexican, Italian, Diner, Dessert, and Asian Fusion!
  • 30 Customer Types including all of the customers you already love and hate as well as new ones like the telephone, hipster, indecisive customer, and the thief!
  • 375 levels of Story Mode!
  • 250 levels of Expert Mode!
  • 250 levels of Extreme Mode!
  • Challenge, Relax, Blitz, Puzzle, and Know-Your-Customer modes!

Will you once again claim your title as Burger Master?

    Version 0.7.5b Update

The entire story is now in the game. The game will show you any chapters you missed before showing the latest chapter. If you want to view the story immediately, you can always go to the Options dialog on the Map Screen and click the View Story button. Added more reminders to make sure to select boosts after getting new ones. Click a boost dropdown list on 12 different levels to convince the game that you know that boosts need to be selected. After beating every stage of Story Mode, the first 15 stages will now show you gold stars for levels where you got perfect service without using boosts... if you're into that sort of thing. The thief no longer eats a treat if he doesn't need it when you click on him to stop him from stealing while you're holding the treat tray. Various bug fixes.

    Version 0.7.4a Update

The Expert Story is now in the game. The story will automatically show as you advance through Expert Mode. The story will show you any chapters you missed before showing the latest chapter. If you want to view the story immediately, you can always go to the Options dialog on the Map Screen and click the View Story button. Gold stars are now given on the Map Screen in Extreme Mode for achieving Perfect Service without using boosts (the same as Expert Mode). To see if you beat a level without using boosts or treats, turn on "Show Totally Unnecessary Awards" in the Advanced Options. Now when you purchase boosts they are only automatically selected if you have an empty boost slot available. Otherwise you need to manually select them. When showing the number of treats used in Extreme Mode on the Map Screen, only levels where you used treats will show a number. Reduced the amount of money you need to unlock each Relax Mode menu to $5,000 per menu size. This is for people who only play Relax Mode without playing Story Mode. Story Mode naturally unlocks the bigger Relax Mode menus as you progress through the game. Various bug fixes.

The new and improved(?) BurgerTron ingredient generation algorithm is now enabled by default on new player profiles. Congratulations to the new and improved(?) algorithm! To disable it, see the Advanced Options. Added curly fries for hipsters. Added the ability to click on the customer service graph on the end level screen in order to switch between customer grouped and ungrouped mode. Added the ability to go to the Main Menu by clicking on the Retroworld park entrance/exit on the Map Screen. Various bug fixes.

    Version 0.7.2a (signed) Update

This update simply has a signed version of the BurgerShop3.exe file from the last update. The theory is that Windows 11 Smart App Control will grow to like us more if we code sign our executables. According to The Internet, if you are getting an Application Control policy error when launching the game, you can exclude the folder in the Windows security settings as described in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/geometrydash/comments/1qoqczv/help_an_application_control_policy_has_blocked/ As I understand it, the way Smart App Control works is that when enough people have run a new executable, Microsoft will decide that it's ok. How does that work if people can't run the program in the first place, (you ask)? According to The Internet, Windows uses data from people who don't have Smart App Control enabled or people on older OS's like good old Windows 10 in order to evaluate new executables. Feel free to comment below if you know more about this amazing windows feature!

    Version 0.7.2a Update

The first part of the story (up to Expert Mode) is now in the game. We're currently working on the art for the rest of the story. At first, the story will operate in "Catch Up" mode where you can see multiple chapters until you're caught up. Normally you'll see the next chapter when you go to the next stage. If you hit the Skip button while viewing the story in "Catch Up" mode, the next time you view the story it will resume on the next chapter. So hitting the Skip button doesn't skip all of the chapters. You can go to the Options Dialog on the Map Screen and click the "View Story" button to see the story chapters you've already unlocked. Made Cash Grab Mode easier if your Story Mode difficulty is set to Relaxing. Changed Recipe Dialog to not swallow clicks when you dismiss it via clicking outside of the dialog (this only was a problem pre-expert mode when the game pauses for the recipe dialog.) Removed feature where a right-clicked item goes to the customer with the active Customer Radar. This was a confusing feature and not very useful because the radar turns off when you serve the customer one item. Various bug fixes.
