Can you make it to the top of the Tower of Friendship? Run, jump, climb, fall, and then do it all again. Play by yourself or with your friends. Be nice and lay down to make jumps easier for others, or push each other off when the falls are the highest. But whatever you do, never stop squeebing.

Navigate the twists and turns of the Tower of Friendship in Squeebing Up the Tower of Friendship, a 2023 indie adventure where you can race, jump, and climb alone or with friends.
About this game
Start at the bottom of the tower and slowly climb higher and higher. Run along easy paths, jump between spaced platforms, and even grab ledges and pull yourself up if a jump falls a little short. Beware though, there are no checkpoints, and falling off usually leads to falling all the way back down.
Play by yourself or with up to 7 other friends! Be nice and lay down to extend platforms and make hard jumps easier for others, or push each other off when the falls are the highest. There is also a hide-and-seek mode, which allows you to better explore the environment and play various games with your friends.
There will also be rest stops along the way, with large, safe platforms you can relax on before continuing the climb up. Listen to some nice music, take in the scenery, or go grab a snack. Some of the rest stops will have minigames you can play with your friends, like sumo wrestling, ball pits, or parkour competitions.
This game is not for everyone, if you get frustrated easily, or don't want to be stuck doing the same thing for a long time, this game is probably not for you. However, you will be able to save your progress when you quit the game, so you can pick back up where you left off for your next play session.
Can you successfully navigate to the top of the tower? Watch your step and make calculated decisions, or send it and brazenly climb. But whatever you do, never stop squeebing.

Update 1 - Hide and Seek and Video Options
The first update is now live! This update includes a Hide and Seek mode, and some video options to help improve performance. Hide and Seek mode can be toggled on in the options menu. This shows you how far each player is from you, instead of their height up the tower. This mode also allows you to jump higher and farther to be able to traverse the map more quickly. Play with whatever rules you would like, but I would recommend everyone starting in 1 location, then 1 player looks at the ground and counts to 100 while everyone else runs to find a good hiding spot (either up the tower or somewhere in the city), then the seeker goes to try and find everyone, using the distance to each player to help hone in on each one. I have also included some video options that should help the game run more smoothly if you're experiencing low FPS. Turning off the VHS shader has the greatest impact, but makes the game less stylish. Turning off fog and lowering the view distance are also options, but both give only a small improvement in FPSRead full article on Community Announcements (SpaceKrakenStudios)Patch NotesOfficial
Hotfix 3
Made grabbing onto ledges and pulling up more consistent I am looking for feedback on how grabbing ledges feels still. If you think it still isn't very consistent and doesn't always happen when you think it should, or if you think it feels better now and you generally grab ledges when you expect too, please let me know in the Steam discussions https://steamcommunity.com/app/2501590/discussions/Read full article on Community Announcements (SpaceKrakenStudios)Patch NotesOfficial
Hotfix 2
Fixed other player's names and characters not showing up correctly in multiplayer Fixed some translations not showing up Some players have reported extremely low FPS when running the game. Sometimes, restarting the game will fix this issue, but unfortunately not always. Please let me know in the Steam discussions if you are having this issue https://steamcommunity.com/app/2501590/discussions/Read full article on Community Announcements (SpaceKrakenStudios)Patch NotesOfficial
