  SNAKE FARM 2: FISH FEAR ME is coming FEBRUARY 21ST!

  I'm incredibly excited to announce that the sequel to SNAKE FARM, FISH FEAR ME, will be coming out February 21st! Wishlist it now to get notified when it launches: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3000120/FISH_FEAR_ME/ MORE DETAILS: The game will be launching on February 21st for $9.99, with a 20% discount for the first two weeks (so $7.99 in practice). It features three maps, fifteen biomes, sixteen boats, thirty weapons, and 150ish fish to catch. If playtests are anything to go by, this results in somewhere around 30-60 hours of content for completionists. It ALSO features a storyline exploring the Fisherman’s cosmic debt. To resolve this debt, you’ll need to delve into the eldritch waters beneath the earth, learn arcane rituals, and slay the Leviathan before it consumes you. It’s about five times larger than SNAKE FARM? At least. There’s a LOT of content here, including a full metaprogression system and fourteen separate game-bending lures which augment builds and give access to special ultra-rare bounties. If the game launches well, I have plans for multiple free content expansions with new maps, boats, weapons, and more! The first content expansion will be called WOMEN WANT ME. I will be taking down the free demo when the game launches. This isn’t because I’m opposed to free demos, but because the demo will corrupt newer saves and completely erase 90% of your progress if you try to open it after opening the main game. There’s no way around this outside of completely remaking the demo, which I probably… do not have time to do. That being said, if you played the demo, the game should remember your progress when you start the full game, and unlock anything you would’ve unlocked at your current level of progression!   Hey, snake farmers! I'm excited to announce that the sequel to SNAKE FARM, FISH FEAR ME, has a demo that's out NOW! https://store.steampowered.com/app/3281180/FISH_FEAR_ME_Demo?snr=1_7_15__13 For those of you who don't know: FISH FEAR ME is a bullet heaven fishing roguelike about catching fish, fighting them, selling their bones, upgrading your boat, and catching more fish. It's one part eldritch horror, one part dad rock, and two parts goofy nonsense. It's also an evolution of SNAKE FARM that's bigger, more polished, and weirder. I've spent the past several months taking the base structure of SNAKE FARM and building off it in as many buck-wild directions as I can. It features dozens of fish, tons of unlocks, and lots of secrets to discover. (And no, I will not tell you where the Red Herring is.) I hope you enjoy the demo!!!   THE ANNIVERSARY UPDATE

  Hey, snake farmers! It's been a while. With the one-year anniversary of SNAKE FARM's launch next week, and the sequel to SNAKE FARM dropping its demo soon, I thought it'd be a good idea to show this game some love. On to the patch notes! Proper controller twin-stick targeting This has been a constant request since the game came out, and I really don't have an excuse for not implementing it until now (seriously it took like maybe three hours to get it working smoothly, I shoulda done this ages ago). Since I want to keep backwards compatibility with the community Steamdeck setup, activating gamepad targeting must be done in the options menu. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44386196/a00b55ae997bf661e0eb0abb9fd6f58307548f04.png Bundled with this, you can now fire with RT, so both your thumbs are free for moving/aiming.
