About the Game
Slowly Sliding Ducks is the multiplayer sibling of Placid Plastic Duck Simulator!
Relax with friends in a social pool where you can customize your duck, then jump into an online party game for 8–16 players whenever you feel like it.
Compete against friends, foes, or bots in a delightfully absurd variety of minigames: race to the finish line, be the last duck standing, or try to come in last in a race where you simply sit back and watch (just like a marble race).
And once the competition is over, unlock new outfits and show off your latest acquisitions in the 50-player community pool!

Playtest Live Now!
Dear duckies of the world, The new Slowly Sliding Ducks playtest is now live! For the next two days, the pool is open, the ducks are sliding, and The Square is waiting for you with a lot of new things to discover. This playtest is one of the very last before the game launches in Early Access, and its main purpose is simple: test the new systems and find as many bugs as possible. So yes, bugs are to be expected. And some things are still WIP. Don't worry. If you find something broken, weird, confusing, too slippery, not slippery enough, or suspiciously unducky, please report it and let us know what happened. Your feedback will help us fix, polish, and improve the game as we get closer to Early Access. Come slide into The Square, chill, be cool, and help us make the pool a better place. The ducks are on the move!Read full article on Community Announcements (turboloot)AnnouncementsOfficial
Playtest Next Weekend!
Dear duckies of the world, Summer is here! If you’re looking for a fresh way to spend a couple of hours during the last weekend of June, we might have just the waterpark you need. On June 26–28, a new Slowly Sliding Ducks playtest is happening! Precisely, the test will start at 6 pm on Friday 26th and will end at 6 pm on Sunday 28th (UTC +2). This will be one of the very last tests before the game launches in Early Access, so we need as much feedback as possible from as many ducky players as possible. Come slide into the community pool, chill, be cool, and let us know what you think. It's going to be fun! PS: Don’t fret if you can’t make it this time! Throughout Early Access, you’ll still be able to suggest new minigames, new pools, and new interactions for the game.Read full article on Community Announcements (turboloot)AnnouncementsOfficial
The next playtest draws near
Dear Ducklings, After a brief period of silence, during which we’ve been working hard on the game (especially on The Square) we’re back to share a couple of updates. First, we’re aiming to bring you another playtest in mid-June. You’ll get the chance to see what has changed, what has improved, and to give us another valuable round of feedback, which we always need to help us adjust our trajectory. Second, just a few months after the playtest, the game is officially set to launch in Early Access at the end of the summer! We want to make The Square a proper social hub where people can hang out and chill together while collecting coins, playing small games, and trolling each other for the lols. We envision a place in perfect Placid Plastic Duck Simulator style, with little secrets, interactions, prizes, and more — all in multiplayer this time. It’s going to take some time and steady updates, but we’ll get there. For now, make sure to join the next playtest in June!Read full article on Community Announcements (turbolentogames)AnnouncementsOfficial
