About this game
‘The Experiment’ is a fast paced experience about killing a mutated human. Your flashlight is essential to your survival, use it sparingly. Collect all the hidden bottles and use the X-ray machine to kill the lurking creature.
'The Experiment' is a First Person Survival Horror Game. You will need to explore locations and pickup bottles you find. After you meet the required amount, you can feed them into the X-Ray machine. Use the high amounts of radiation from the machine to zap the creature.
Easier said than done... The experiment roams the halls and is hostile toward other humans. Your flashlight lights up the room, but be careful to not consume all your battery as it is limited.
Your ears will be very handy to locate the enemy.
Game includes both Remastered and Classic versions.

This update bring a few more things to The Experiment The Green Variant - There is no longer just 1 variant of The Experiment. Introducing the green variant. This little guy is smaller but don't let it's size fool you. While it is both slower and has worse eye sight, the lightweight aspect make it deadly with very faint footsteps. - There is also a unique death animation for this variant. - Chance to encounter increases based on difficulty {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44336687/2b7014bf2977f5f3839867554c86f19863d91b81.png Outfits - More outfits are here! The Experiment Remastered
What is The Experiment Remastered ? T.E.R is an update that will allow players to play on a more refined and better looking game. The update will be dropping within the hour. Just need some time to change the store images, trailer and release the update itself. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44336687/2bcf2d34bec2b5d8753f4a675bf7b2b497a62901.png Note: I mentioned in a previous post that the game will be increasing in price. While yes that is true, I am going to allow ~2 days before I update the price a few extra dollars. The price is increasing as this is a better game with more content but also as you can play the previous game. There is also a new "Bug Report" feature in the menu, if you find any bug weather big or small, feel free to use this to send me a report and I can get to work on fixing it. It's almost here...
Quick Summary The Experiment Remastered is a FREE update that will be releasing soon. Why make this ? I am a solo developer that created "The Experiment" as my first project. It is scripted inefficiently, poor optimizations and overall just not a good experience to play. I was still learning Unreal Engine at the time, so now after 12 months of experience, I am remaking the entire game from the ground up. What's New: Maps There has been another 2 hospitals created, now 3 total. I tried to focus more on quality than quantity in this release.
