'Numb - Just Don't Think About It' is a minimalistic psychological horror game inspired by the likes of 'Home,' 'Claire,' 'Lone Survivor,' and 'World of Horror'.
You are B, an unextraordinary individual embodying modern society's struggles. A monotonous day turns nightmarish as one of your apartment building’s residents dies in mysterious circumstances and the hallways morph into an ethereal labyrinth filled with unsettling creatures. Trapped inside, you need to face all kinds of horrors to survive.
Navigate through hallways of fear, search for and use items to progress, and unveil the truth. Pay attention to your surroundings: danger is always around the corner, and nothing is as it seems.
Face different challenges every day. Confront horrors in various ways: shoot, close your eyes, or bypass them, but keep moving forward.

It's been a busy year. Seven months have passed since we released the alpha demo on Steam, and many aspects of the game have changed drastically since then. Over the past few months, a significant effort has been directed towards making every aspect of Numb coherent and cohesive. It's been a journey of meticulously crafting the art style, ensuring it not only creates the right atmosphere but also aligns seamlessly with the gameplay. A key aspect of this endeavor was the implementation of dithering, a technique used to create texture and gradients in pixel art. I redesigned each tab to be stylistically consistent and to accommodate the final system features that were in development. Demo update
