Dive into Doomies, an ultra-violent platformer arcade shooter where you'll wield countless weapons through challenging levels. Developed by Brain-dead Rabbit Games, this 2024 release blends casual gameplay with intense action and dark humor.
About this game

Doomies (Damikira) is a frenetic arcade shooter filled with guns, violence, dark humor, and even a grappling hook!
It’s built to help you waste time (in the best way possible) and throw you into a flow state where your only goal is to obliterate freaky enemies and climb the online leaderboard, proving just how much you enjoy staying indoors.
It might look simple, but this beast hides layers of chaos under the hood. Beneath the blood and bullets lie secrets, tricks, and twisted mechanics for those brave (or bored) enough to dig deep. Got nothing better to do? Doomies does.

🔫 Unlock a wild arsenal of guns — each louder, nastier, and deadlier than the last
😈 Play as a cast of deranged freaks — each with unique animations and bad attitudes
🎙️ Fully voiced characters — because grunting isn’t enough to express this chaos
📈 Online leaderboards — dominate the global rankings or die trying
🩸 A freak-ton of blood — paint the screen red, every time, all the time
💥 Loud, punchy gunfire — every shot hits like a drum solo to the face
🎮 Fast, satisfying gameplay — designed to keep you locked in and fired up
🎸 Face-melting metal soundtrack — riffs harder than your uncle’s garage band ever could
🔁 Slightly randomized levels — no two runs are the same… or safe
🤘 And a hell of a lot of fun, goddammit

OFFICIAL PUBLISHER ANNOUNCEMENT
Hello Mercenaries! We’re proud to announce that Doomies (Damikira) is officially joining forces with indie.io!We started working on this project in April of 2023, and it was the start of our studio and in general the start of a great adventure for us! Doomies has, and always will be a very important project for us.For those of you who may not know, working with a game publishing platform like indie.io greatly helps indie developers focus on game development while they handle all the behind-the-scenes magic. From helping manage store pages to crafting marketing campaigns and even helping the game shine at both digital and live events, indie.io helps in all the aspects that indie developers often struggle with alone. We chose to work with indie.io since they have a great track record with helping other indie games reach more players.Check out the amazing games being published by indie.io!https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/indieioDon’t forget to wishlist our game, and join our Discord community! As always, I want to thank our community for always being with us, and supporting us through the development of our games!-The Brain-dead Rabbit Games teamRead full article on Community Announcements (elRichieMan)Patch NotesOfficial
Damikira Update - v1.3.1 (LAST UPDATE)
A new update has been released for Damikira (v1.3.1) This update is here to just fix some things that have been bothering me personally. This is by the way the last update for Damikira, after this we will drop support for the game entirely, and move to develop other new games. * Buffed Emily's default gun (now shoots faster, and deals way more damage) * Added an option to bring back the old name of the game * Added back the discord button for joining the discord server * Fixed a small collision bug in one of the levels of the game * During a multiplayer match, Screen shake and camera recoil are automatically disabled to avoid discomfort As I said, this is the last update the game will receive, I know this is sad news for many of you, after all, the Damikira community is one that, while small, definitely had some passion towards the game. But it is time to move on and focus on new things, we're so glad of the community we have created around the game, and we hope we deliver with our newer games. Thanks for playing, take care. -RicardoRead full article on Community Announcements (elRichieMan)
