Bloomtown: A Different Story is a narrative JRPG mixing turn-based combat, monster taming and social RPG set in a seemingly pleasant 1960s Americana world.
Play as Emily and her younger brother Chester sent on their summer holiday to their grandpa’s cozy and quiet town. May be too quiet… Children starting to disappear, nightmares getting more real… Something’s not right, especially for a 12-year-old girl with an adventurous mind!
It is up to you to solve this mystery and free Bloomtown and its inhabitants from a glooming fate! 
Bloomtown is a quiet and cozy American town with its cinema, grocery shops, library, parks…
But this is only a façade! A demon world is growing on the underside, children are disappearing, and it is up to you to save the town!
Embark on mysterious adventure to save the townspeople from their own demons: Fear and vices have taken monstrous life form in the Underside.
Follow Emily and her group of friends, figure out the mysteries of the mystical disappearances and save Bloomtown’s inhabitants souls!
In the turn-based tactical battles against giant demons and dungeon bosses from the Underside, Emily is not alone! Use each character abilities and strengths to come out victorious. Summon your own inner demons as well as the captured ones to set up devastating combos.
During combat, catch weaken creatures to add them. With loads of creatures, level-ups, unique skills and a fuse system, create hundreds of synergies and your own demon-hunting squad.
Explore the town’s secret areas, strengthen your physical abilities at the gym, gain pocket money working at the grocery store, make resourceful friends or do some relaxing gardening. You decide what is the most useful for your adventure.

We've just released a new major update for Bloomtown! We've just released an update for Bloomtown, chocked full of new items, enhanced quest rewards, improved localisations and much more! Check out the full details of the patch on the discussion forums or at the bottom of this blog. Thanks to everyone's feedback, which helped us find bugs, improve the game, and implement better rewards and items in the game. We appreciate every piece of feedback that you provide, so don't hesitate to take the time to leave a review of Bloomtown on Steam! We've implemented new enhanced versions of items, enhanced side quest rewards, improved the balance of combat, and lots more. Let's go over some of the most important of these changes in more detail: New Items: You'll find 20 enhanced versions of previously seen character equipment, including weapons, armor, and accessories. These will help improve your character's combat abilities more gradually as you progress through the game. Improved quest rewards: When completing side quests, you will notice that the rewards have been improved, offering far greater bonuses. This change increases the benefits of completing side quests, making the compensation more tempting. Improved combat balancing: We've slightly increased spell damage for both allies and enemies. This change improved combat speed, as some enemies were too spongy. Dungeon Crates: We've reduced the number of consumables in crates, but the size of cash rewards and crafting resources has been increased to compensate.
