Cascadia's is easy to learn and hard to master. It’s gameplay has won awards around the world. Here's how to play:
On your turn:
1.) Select a Habitat tile and Wildlife token.
Choose from one of the four combinations of tiles and tokens.
2.) Place the tile and token into your Environment.
Expand your Environment by placing your chosen Habitat tile adjacent to any other Habitat tile.
Populate your Environment by placing your Wildlife token on any Habitat tile that can support that species of wildlife.
Collect a Nature token if you successfully populate a Keystone tile
Nature tokens can be used to increase your options when selecting Habitat tiles and Wildlife tokens on subsequent turns.
Scoring:
Score points based on how harmonious your Environment is!
1.) Habitats - Score 1 point for each tile in your largest contiguous corridor of each habitat type. Also score bonuses for each type of habitat you have, if you have the largest.
2.) Wildlife - Score points for your Wildlife based on the Wildlife Scoring Cards used in each game.
3.) Nature Tokens - Score points for any unspent Nature Tokens earned from populating Keystone Tiles.

Today we’re releasing a minor update addressing a few bugs, along with an update to a new Unity version. Bug FixesOn the game end screen, players should now be listed in turn order rather than placement order.Selecting Challenges on Hiking Trail should now correctly take the player to the Challenges section. Fixes and Improvements Fixed an issue on PC that was causing the playmat to display incorrectly when on low quality settings. Player rank entry in Leaderboard displays when placed outside the top 100. Removed prompting to join when a multiplayer lobby is full. Mobile Fixes and Improvements Added a UI scaling prompt for Android devices the first time the app is opened. This option can be set to High, Medium, or Low quality and can be updated in Settings later if needed. Improved spacing for Tutorial end of game screen on phone. Expanded friends list width to better accommodate longer names. Improved spacing of Tutorial prompts on phone. Habitat scoring info should no longer be obscured when using narrow devices. Moved challenge scoring rules on the playmat to a less obtrusive place on tablets with smaller aspect ratios. Additional performance improvements for lower end phones. Please make sure your quality is set to Low if you are experiencing performance issues. Adjusted wildlife tokens to be easier to select on the playmat for phone. Wildlife tokens are automatically placed when the cursor is moved on a gamepad during prompting in the tutorial. AI can behave incorrectly in challenges after a specific pass-and-play flow is used.
