About this game
Infinium is an ambitious new open world to explore. You wake on an island nation gripped by war with no memory of who you are. Recollect your memories as you make friends and enemies, each choice shaping the narrative. Reap the rewards of an affluent nation as you work jobs, do quests, & invest in real estate. Will you become a hero or a successful entrepreneur?
The story follows your character who has been sleeping for a thousand years who was recently awoken at the precipice of the apocalypse. The character progresses by earning XP becoming more powerful and god-like. The goal is to complete the story and discover the secrets of Infinium. The challenges revolve around beating the multiple story arcs in different and unique ways. The game mechanics are third-person hack and slash combat mixed with magic spells and abilities. The playtime is variable as the game is meant to be able to be beaten quickly by speed runners or enjoyed for hours by RPG fans looking to become immersed. The genre is 3rd person single-player RPG. The soundtrack uses both licensed music as well as unique compositions designed for the game. There are no additional game modes. The game mixes a unique blend of RPG elements with slice of life mechanics.
The lush and beautiful island of Infinium has seen kingdoms have rises and inevitably fell over the centuries. Today a relatively young race of beings, Man, claim the island for themselves. They sneer at those who came before and swiftly eradicate all in conquest. Decades of hostility towards the natural balance of life has led to the uprising of a new, angrier race; Kebari. Little is known of these sentient beings, however humans consider them to be the reincarnation of the ancestors they once dominated. Village elders often tell a tale of the Kebari manifesting from the sheer hatred of the forest.

Infinium 0.81 Update
Infinium's first update is now live! First off, I would like to begin this announcement with a heartfelt apology over the state of Infinium on early access launch. Many aspects of this game changed between the Unity engine version and a built copy using IL2CPP. This update comes with a slew of bug fixes but also major content additions. As development continues, I will continue to investigate inconsistencies with the built version as well as other causes for bugs to continue polishing the user experience. The most exciting part of this update is the addition of the final dungeon. In exploring Infinium, you may have noticed that all cave entrances lead to dungeons except for one. This slot has now been filled by the Buried Battlefield, a series of dark caves hiding an ancient threat. There was also an issue where an important quest NPC, Lucius, was incorrectly set to "persistently dead" instead of alive for new saves. In addition to fixing this issue his home, scheduled tasks, and questline. Let's take a look at some of the new content! Experience characters throughout the world expressing themselves through music in special events. New lute animations were added including audible playing.Discover forgotten relics of the past in an all new dungeon featuring three bosses including an entirely new species, unique dialogue options, and an interesting new part of Infinium to discover. These subterranean creatures known as jackals are a tribal species that feed on small critters that they're able to capture like bats, rats, and anything else that ends in "ats." They rarely appear on the surface so this will be a player's first time encountering them.Full Update NotesAdded:- New Buried Battlefield dungeon.- Added unique Lucius actions & lighthouse redesign.- Added instrument animations and singing.- Added Jackal enemies.- Added Ogre boss.- Added Mummy boss.- Added a new cave diving quest line.- Added foliage interaction.Bug fixes:- Fixed persistence issue with cutscenes sho...Read full article on Community Announcements (Zenn)AnnouncementsOfficial
Early Access Launch!
Infinium Is Finally Available On Steam!Players will get their first look of the island of Infinium with Steam Early Access. While we still have a long road ahead, I am so incredibly humbled to be officially taking this journey with all of you. From now on, every incremental update, new dungeon, and storyline will be laid bare for everyone to experience. I've been intentionally secretive with our development streams not to include story spoilers and have left the majority of this world undiscovered by anyone other than myself. I am excited to see how others react to the world I have created and hope you love it as much as I've loved every second crafting it.The game was originally expected to launch 6/6/26, however due to some unforeseen requirements of switching from a normal release to Early Access; the game was stuck in Steam jail for an additional 10 days. By the grace of the gods, 6/16/26 still has some thematic relevance as the lore of my world holds biblical and mythological significance in its ties to Revelation and the nature of good and evil. We still have a long way to go, and I expect many bugs both funny and horrifying to be uncovered. Rest assured, I am watching closely for bug reports that you can post on our Discord or by emailing me directly here: askzenn@gmail.com.Happy adventuring, children of Era, and may Infinium rest easy in your hands.- ZennRead full article on Community Announcements (Zenn)Community & EventsOfficial
