About this game
In this immersive simulation you will go from a novice trader to a highly respected business person. Start off living in the shame of poverty and use what little you have to make your start as an entrepreneur in the yard sale world.
Buy
Buy items from various places around town. Find great deals at yard sales. Visit the flea market for rare finds. Learn how to spot a deal or a fake. Save up your cash to test your luck at the daily storage auction or find a great deal online on the Flippin' Marketplace.
Clean Dirty Items
Some items are in rough shape but its nothing a good cleaning won't fix. Dirty items are harder to inspect but often come at a discount. Make them shine to attract new customers.
Repair Damaged Items
You got your new item home to clean up but oh no it's damaged. Have no fear. With the right tools and know-how you can fix that up no problem.
Repair cracked items with our easy to use system. With just a can of putty and a little know-how you can have it fixed up in a jiff.

Start in your humble trailer in Trout River Trailer park. Buy and sell to prove yourself as a worthy tenant to open up new rental opportunites, or save up all your cash and buy a place to really make your own.
Hire Employees
Head over to the Tool Store and pick up a work station to expand your yard sale empire. Work stations must be placed on a rented or owned property, with each location providing different amounts of potential employees with varying skills.
Sell
Everything must go! Everything in town can be refurbished and sold for a hefty profit. Get ready to yard sale! Unload valuable items online on the Flippin' Marketplace for even more profit. Grab an office set up from the post office and see what people are looking to buy today.
