At the end of the day, you turn those beings into soup to become an even stronger reaper.
Next time you might find your answer...

1.5.0 Shop patch
Hello! Hope you are doing fine. Here is a fresh patch for you! Shop and Coins {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44033425/aa9675b9c0ceb0b9b655a074fe67ef926b1905e3.png Added coins that can drop after either destroying vases or defeating monsters. Coins are persistent between rounds, and can only be spent at the start of a round in the new shop. You can buy strength, mushlings and health, so you have to be smart what to spend them on! New enemy Buff pot {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44033425/d75c3045919a21f1cf65cf5b4ea710dafdcc9460.png A slightly stronger pot that can spawn on higher ascensions, to make up to the fact that you now earn gold in vases. Balance updates Mimic Cooldown 3 -> 4 Attack 3 -> 2 It's just too punishing if you battle with it early in a run, so I nerfed it across the board - Increased the boss health slightly on higher ascensions Small changes - Added a "dizzy indicator" when hitting enemies to tell you that they won't attack next turn - Added bullet trails for board bullets - Updated UI for holding a key - Start showing the board UI on the starting floor - Destroy all spawned monsters on round won - Fix bug with bestiary not updating correctly / SebastianRead full article on Community Announcements (Elastiskalinjen)Patch NotesOfficial
1.4.1 Mimic patch
Hi! Hope you are doing great! Balance changes Mimic - Health 6 -> 4 - Added some laugh to it to really sell the annoying nature! (Hint: They can be destroyed only by dashing) Other changes - Spinners does not make sound if they are far away from the player - Made the vase destroying a bit more pretty / SebastianRead full article on Community Announcements (Elastiskalinjen)AnnouncementsOfficial

Hi again! A big patch coming up! New additions! - 3 new rooms with new art and gameplay - 2 new mushlings - 2 new enemies Balance changes - More breathing room between enemies on first floor (Ascension 1) - Slightly lower enemy spawn-rate on higher floors - On your first real encounter a warning will be shown that enemies will hurt you if you let them past you (Ascension 1, zero losses) Upgrades - You gain five more health, but lose a random mushling - > You gain four more health, but lose a random mushling Towers - Testling cooldown 4 -> 3 - Magnetling hp 6 -> 7, cooldown 2 -> 3 Enemies - Weird Merchant health 7 -> 8 General changes - Draw the damage values on the enemy that flees instead of on the player character - Added a dark border and a heart to damage values to make them more readable and visible - Gnomes are moving towards you if it's the first time playing (so you don't miss the tutorial) - Improve some text - Fix weird bug that caused the boss to spawn on your new run before the boss floor - Increase the chance of weather effects spawning - Improve how dust looks - Improve how rain looks - Improve how snow looks / SebastianRead full article on Community Announcements (Elastiskalinjen)Patch NotesOfficial
1.3.1 Patch
Hi! Happy continuation of the new year! Patch notes - A "skip turn button" has been added Press the switch mushling button when all the mushlings have been placed (Unlocked it by winning with the second character once) Developer notes During development I considered implementing this, but decided against it. Why you ask? I am a bit afraid that it will be used too much, therefore putting you in a situation that could have been handled if you stayed calm and moved around the board. By putting it as an unlock, I can guarantee that you are ready to play the game faster. / SebastianRead full article on Community Announcements (Elastiskalinjen)Patch NotesOfficial
1.3.0 Tutorial Patch
Hi! I really thought the last patch would be my last for this year, but then a big video was released from Vinesauce! Go check it out! It made my year that's for sure! In the video I saw something he missed that could made his life a bit easier. Dashing! This is the main mechanic for destroying exploding beasts, so you will need to know this skill. Patch notes - Improved the instruction how to teleport - Added a completely new tutorial (access it by attacking a second gnome), teaching you how to dash. - Changed the description of exploding enemies to referencing dashing - Added a new tankier gnome during the second tutorial to better showcasing the dash - Changed the Scareling art(it did not look "mushroomy" enough) / SebastianRead full article on Community Announcements (Elastiskalinjen)
