About this game
Attention:
This game does not support matchmaking with random opponents. It is designed to be played solo or with your friends on Steam.
The game:
AutoHeroes is a ‘one hero’ autobattler with elements of roguelike and the ability to play in multiplayer. Control one of the four heroes who fight each other for the throne on random maps - both as each for themselves and as part of teams. Manage your hero through priority setting, as well as skill and equipment upgrades. Study your enemies and counter them with your plan!
The kingdom has lost its king and is in turmoil - no one understands what will happen next. Will the kingdom fall into the hands of a good hero, who will inspire the guard to serve him as the new king? Will the supporter of the dark forces, who prefers to rule the kingdom of the dead, prevail? Or maybe it will be that hero who combines both good and evil?
Game features:
Auto-battler: no rush during the game.
One hero: no armies, no "deck-building" - focus only on your hero.
Flexible settings: customize AI strength and teams, or invite friends to play PvE or PvP.
Priority system: regulate which objects and which enemies interest you first, and which last.
Skill wheel: choose skill schools and master them. Experiment and look for the best combinations.
Kindness or Malevolence: Persuade guards to join your cause or compel them to battle on your behalf even after their demise.
Assassin or Tactician: Choose to be an aggressor who strikes enemy heroes at the first chance or a strategist who benefits from prolonging each round.
Scouting: play for fun or seriously worry about countering your opponents.
Four heroes to choose from: warrior, archer, fire mage, or dark mage.
Random maps filled with enemies - each map is different from the previous one!
Fight with formidable opponents - dark knights, ghosts, even dragons!
Finally, fight your main enemy and main threat in all game modes - other AutoHeroes.

The release of version 1.0 of our game is here!
If you're still on the fence about whether our game is your cup of tea after watching the trailers and reading the description, we highly recommend giving the demo version a whirl. You can play it solo or invite up to three friends to join the fun. The demo is basically a clone of the full version, with just one catch - you can't switch characters, and human players can only play as the knight. As for the game's future, we're committed to keeping an eye on any bug reports and balance issues - but hey, if we see enough enthusiasm, we might just start thinking about some meatier updates. Happy gaming!Read full article on Community Announcements (Niko Bellic)Patch NotesOfficial
New Hero Arrives! Plus Bug Fixes, Balance Tweaks, and a Happy New Year Greeting
In today’s update, a fourth hero has appeared in the game - the dark mage. Study the detailed skills in the game, but here we will just say that he specializes in poisons and a bit on… Dragons. But, spectral ones. Now that there are four heroes to choose from, no one can reproach the game that out of 4 players someone is necessarily repeated :) In the demo version, you will not be able to play as the new hero, but he will consistently be against you - along with the archer and the fire mage. What else is in this update? Various bug fixes and balance adjustments. Let’s highlight the main ones: The warrior’s damage from the first attack has been reduced. The skill responsible for piercing armor now increases the chance of a critical hit (with double damage) on heroes with a basic attack. The skeletons raised by necromancy now have a little more life. The additional special skill “On their land” is now fixed and strengthened, but will only act on “good” allies, that is, on the paladin and guards. We will continue to monitor the balance. The difficulty is added by the fact that AI plays much weaker than a person can with almost any hero. With the new hero - the dark mage - this is no exception. But we are working on it. :) We would like to remind you that the best support, which determines your interest in the further development of the project, is a review of the game on the game page. The more positive reviews - the more we see that we are not doing this in vain. In the meantime - Happy upcoming New Year to everyone!Read full article on Community Announcements (Niko Bellic)Patch NotesOfficial
Today’s Update: Balance Adjustments and Bug Fixes
Balance Adjustments: Vampire and Paladin attack power increased. Damage of summoned skeletons increased. Damage of Dark Knights decreased. Dragon damage increased. Fixes: Sound and music settings should now persist between game sessions. Fixed a bug where the tooltip window remained on the screen during multiplayer game launch. Other minor fixes. A suggestion for players: If you have been playing the full version and over many consecutive games (to ensure it’s not a coincidence) you find that a certain skill is too useless or too powerful - please let us know on the game forum or in Discord - we are currently tracking balance issues. Reworking anything is much more difficult, but we will gladly consider your suggestions related to changing numbers while the game is in early access.Read full article on Community Announcements (Niko Bellic)AnnouncementsOfficial
Game Released in Early Access - Play Now!
We are pleased to announce that the game has already been released in early access. Not sure if you’ll like the game? We’re keeping the demo version where you can do almost everything except switch characters. Give the demo version a try. By the way, you can also play the demo version with friends - both with them and against them. If you like the concept, we’ve made the maximum discount allowed by Steam for the release - considering the multiplayer and the fact that we’re a small studio and the game wasn’t widely anticipated, we wanted to offer the best conditions on our part to join the game now. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/44011066/9a3a48ddccf23c7c7262ed30e07ab84148addd97.jpg A few words about our plans. In the coming days, we will need to make several important decisions. First, we need to assess how interested people are in the concept - fortunately, you can already play and enjoy the game, for those who might like it. Second, we have many ideas for development - but we really lack feedback - we would like to know what exactly our players are interested in first. Do you prefer to play alone? With friends? Or is it critical for you to refine matchmaking with random players? We would appreciate any feedback on the game’s forum or in the Discord channel (join us!). If you like the game and buy the full version, the best way you can help is to leave a review on the game’s page. This is critical in the early stages for cases like ours and will show us that there is interest in the concept. Enjoy the game!Read full article on Community Announcements (Niko Bellic)
