  Hiya everyone,Thank you so much for the support on the Ring of Fire update, it's been a blast seeing lots of new players and hearing from you on our social platforms. Keep it coming!As with a big update, some issues arise. Luckily we've managed to quickly address a lot of them with this patch (and add some camera angles as a little bonus!).   Ring of Fire Update

  Hey everyone! First of all, Descenders Next turned 1 the 21st of July! To celebrate, it is now 40% OFF, our biggest discount ever! You can also redeem a little present in-game with the code: CONGRATS. We're so happy with the progress we've made, and we've got another big one for you today, so let's get to it! Get ready for the hottest update in Descenders Next history! We're assuming that after managing to reach the Ashen Vale or the Forgotten Temple, you must be aching for a new challenge. Well, get ready for the Ring of Fire update!SnowCano and DirtCanoThe Ring of Fire update will introduce 2 new biomes. SnowCano and DirtCano are the 5th biomes in their respective sports, and it's getting hotter than ever before! Watch out for the lava and make sure not to be distracted by all the lightning flashes. There's plenty of challenging jumps lined up for even the most hardcore of Descenders Next players!If you've played Descenders, it's very similar to how to reach these biomes. Keep an eye out for those Rings of Fire and you'll figure it out.New AchievementsObviously, new biomes bring in new achievements. Reach and complete the SnowCano and DirtCano and you'll unlock a few. But there's more... for those of you really looking for a challenge, we're introducing Golden Runs. Complete a full sessions from 1st biome to last (either the 4th or even 5th if you're insane), and there's an achievement with a shiny reward waiting for you!New Gear and RewardsThere's a bit more gear to collect, of course, but with the Ring of Fire update we're adding something new here as well: rewards for the Park Objectives in Grand Tour!   The CREW DECK UPDATE!

  Hi everyone!We've just dropped a HUGE Descenders Next update which is going to completely change the way you hit those slopes and hills - the CREW DECK UPDATE IS HERE!With the Crew Deck, you'll have a bunch of cards at your disposal to give you that extra competitive edge when you're out there riding the slopes. Each card will grant a unique benefit, either to you or the environment, and you'll get the choice of picking what suits your playstyle best. If you've played Descenders, you'll notice some familiar ones, but we've added a lot of unique cards as well!Don't forget, you can grab Descenders Next for 30% OFF in the Steam Summer Sale!When on a run, you'll see your progress to the next crew card. This progress is based on the amount of REP you earn. The more REP you earn, the faster you'll progress to the next card! When you've finished a node with enough REP, you'll be able to pick the card you want to use, or level up ones you already have!You'll also be able to see all of the crew cards you have available at your disposal in the Crew Deck menu, all with their different rarities. There are multiple to collect, and you'll need to complete their unique objectives to unlock them. So what are you waiting for? Get out there, you've got some crew cards to add to your collection!We've also added a new race in both Coniferous Forest and Forgotten Temple, with Coniferous Forest also getting a new slopestyle trail. You've got some new fresh new ground to grind REP on!We also thought to ourselves, why don't we round off bailing and put some more finishing touches on it?
