NIDUS is a CHALLENGING Split-Stick Arcade Experience

Designed for those who enjoy mastery of stimulating and highly demanding gameplay. Control a Symbiotic Flower and Wasp in Unison, as you struggle to survive a surreal and threatening ecosystem. Immerse yourself in full throttle simulation with Single Player, or try to survive together with a friend in hectic Local Co-Op.

  Update v1.012, Advanced Leaderboard Data

  On a successful new score, your run info will now be submitted alongside your score data. I Won't be resetting the leaderboard, but all previous scores unfortunately don't have this extra data available as it was not gathered. But going forward, all new scores registered to the board will have the extra viewable data. This Includes: Difficulty Mode Co-op or Solo Upgrade Choices Progression Route The data is viewable by interacting with a new Eye shaped icon that will appear below the leaderboard.   First Week Wrapped! hotfix v1.009

  As requested, the leaderboard can now be accessed from main menu! Cursor lock option is now available in gameplay options. Various small reset bugs fixed. The leaderboards are getting mighty strong, thanks again to everyone playing!

  Hotfix v1.006

  Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well! Just uploaded a new build that addresses a rare issue that would cause auto wave progress to stall out, ending up in the player having to wait around for the wave timer to finish. (usually when you clear a wave, next one spawns right away). If you encounter any more problems, you can Post them to the bug thread here in the steam community.   Please fill my eyes with the psychedelic insects of new shmup Nidus

  New arcade shoot 'em up Nidus first caught my eye with its psychedelic bug blast on Screenshot Saturday Monday. Three months later, it has now launched, and for a mere £6 we can all fill our eyes with so many colourful insects. You'd have to pay at least £57 for that sort of fun down the pet shop. Read more
