About this game
In this narrative management game, you will have to decide about the future of everyone according to the anticipations of an AI. Help create the efficient society of tomorrow or preserve the dreams and hopes of everybody. Your choices will affect the future of Gauetia.
After an unprecedented economic crisis and to deal with mass unemployment, the government of Gauetia appoints a young company, DOLOS Incorporated, to create a program capable of coordinating job and training seekers (students, unemployed) with the labour market in order to build a perfectly efficient society.
Capable of predicting the potential of each individual through large-scale data collection, DOLOS will become a central AI in the government's economic and social policy, but not without causing some damage...
You are Theophile Agnos, an operator performing all kinds of micro-tasks on a daily basis. Although the tasks on the DOLOS app are underpaid, they have the advantage of being a video game.
Working on DOLOS is playing a management game and a card game, so that a group of applicants have a place for life in the perfectly efficient society dreamed up by DOLOS.
In the first game, select the best applicants applying for training. Add new data about them to the system. The more positive data you can identify, the more applicants you will be able to select!
In the second game, your time is running out! Draw your applicant-cards and place them in training courses, preferably those recommended by DOLOS! The more you follow DOLOS' recommendations, the more bonus time you will earn, the more cards you will draw, and the longer your turn will last!
Talk to your performance coach OJO, optimize your productivity, earn even more EXP.
Complete progressive challenges, climb the operator hierarchy and earn unique perks!

We're coming with 2 news!DOLOS in Tiny Teams 2026 Tiny Teams, the festival which celebrates small gamedev teams, is kicking off on Steam and DOLOS is part of it! 😄 We thank the members of The Yogscast for their trust, it's such an honor to be part of the famous tiny adventure! Starting today until August 13, you can check out the Tiny Teams festivalon Steam, featuring more than 100 selected games, demos, discounts and announcements.on Yogscast's Youtube or Yogscast's Twitch for livestreams of Tiny Teams' selected games. The playtests are coming (really) I know we talked about it many times but we can assure you: THE PLAYTESTS ARE COMING. We wanted to launch it for Tiny Teams but we don't want to rush development and give you a “sloppy” version of the FINAL DEMO. This time we want to give you a complete and beautiful staging, starting at the beginning of the game, as a counterpoint to the current 2nd Demo that gives you the feeling of catching a train as it's moving. The playtests will be coordinated through our Discord, so we invite you to join it right away. Hey everyone in the DOLOS community! Hope you're doing well! InterfaceX26 🖥️We’re thrilled to announce our participation in InterfaceX26, the first interface game festival on Steam! It will take place from April 27th to May 4th. Here’s what’s on the agenda: 🔴 A trailer showcase livestream on May 2nd on Twitch and YouTube, hosted by Lucy and Kurt from Gamespot. 🎲 151 games featured on Steam, including DOLOS: Your Best Future. There will be both released titles—like the excellent Her Story, The Operator, or Orwell—and plenty of upcoming games.
