With each rep, you'll earn two types of currencies: "Rep Points" and "Volume Points" Use these points to increase your weight and improve your technique, pushing yourself to reach impossible heights.
Upgrade your equipment and purchase supplements such as protein powder, creatine, and even steroids to aid in your quest for massive gains. Spend your "Volume Points" to upgrade your equipment, making it easier to collect even more points faster. Similarly, use your "Reps Points" to improve your technique and speed up your progress.

27th Minor Update
Hello there, QoL patch focused on progression speed, low frame rate optimization and the leaderboards, here are the things added/fixed: None of the gameplay or UI is tied to the fps the game is running at AFK gains now land in a few seconds instead of trickling in for minutes or in some cases hours (thanks to tippptopppyt for bring this issue up) Fixed the leaderboard scroll ball disappearing when your friends list was just one longer than the list Fixed the last friend on the list being impossible to scroll to Fixed the scroll ball being drawn off the track when you were near the top of a short list Fixed a coloured line showing around your avatar on some resolutions The refresh cooldown now fades out instead of popping Your avatar now brightens smoothly on hover That's it for this update, if you have any more QoL improvements let me know, enjoy!Read full article on Community Announcements (guilemus)Patch NotesOfficial

2nd Customization Update out now!
To celebrate Idle Bicep's 3rd Birthday, I've made this 2nd customization update, that expands what was possible with mods. You can now create and use the following customization elements: Text Fonts Icons Plates (the big red circle in the background) Mouse Cursor Amulets (biceps decorations) Salt Skins Growl Sounds Growth Sounds This update also improves window resizing support, allowing you to play on nearly every aspect ratio possible.
