After a successful year-long run in Early Access, FROSTHAVEN will officially launch on October 15, 2026! The full 1.0 version of the game will introduce a haul of new content and include all the content introduced during the game’s Early Access journey – giving you the complete FROSTHAVEN digital experience! 

From the creative mind of Isaac Childres, the highly acclaimed board game moves to the digital realm in the video game adaptation of FROSTHAVEN!

An evolution of the FROSTHAVEN board game experience, the dark fantasy tactical RPG serves as a spiritual successor to Gloomhaven and is developed by Snapshot Games. Players can expect deep mechanics and challenging yet immensely satisfying gameplay both in Single Player and Co-Op Online Multiplayer. Seasoned veterans of the original board game or Gloomhaven will feel right at home venturing into the unforgiving and treacherous northern frontier of FROSTHAVEN. Newcomers can start their first adventure with difficulty modes tailored to their skill level. Improved UX and quality-of-life features will ensure all players can enjoy their experience.

The brand-new character classes, each featuring unique playstyles and abilities, makes it so that every decision matters. Players must balance risk and reward, working towards the best synergies between the classes comprising their party. Carefully managing resources is paramount to progress through a gripping campaign, set in a vast world filled with menacing enemies and diverse environments.

    Features Implemented a redesign of the initiative tracker. Major Fixes Fixed an issue that was causing the game to be stuck when a saved game in a scenario is loaded. Fixed a number of Multiplayer desyncs happening when using undo action or short rest. The game no longer softlocks when negating the Obelisk damage with two cards from the discard pile in Quest 65 “A Strong Foundation”. The game no longer crashes in Quest 33 “Thawed Wood” after moving a rune on round restart. No crash occurs when you don't dismiss your summons before performing a short rest, redrawing a card and taking lethal damage. No softlocks occur anymore when the Bottom Action of “Deepening Despair” is performed with at least one shadow placed on Icy Terrain tile. Fixed an error that was occurring when trying to quit out a Quest.
