Fixed bug that was inadvertently set audio levels too low to hear when playing for the first time. (technical: player preferences were being set with a low value until settings were used for the first time) Fixed bug that was setting foreground opacity to max when playing for the first time. (technical: initial opacity setting for graphical foreground is reduced from 1 to 0.4) Various minor changes and fixes.
