【🎮The Boba Godfather Arcade & Birthday Gifting 】Ver.0.0.3.7
Hey Boba Masters! 🧋✨We've been continuing to go through your feedback about the daily shop rhythm, drink upgrade flow, and town interaction experience. With the Ingredient Chest now part of the R&D Room, R&D and drink crafting have become much smoother. This time, we're extending that convenience to drink upgrades, while also adding something new to the Tapioca Town arcade and the gifting system. This update mainly focuses on the brand-new arcade mini-game The Boba Godfather, improved material checks for drink upgrades, and double friendship points for birthday gifts. 🕹️ New Arcade Mini-Game: The Boba GodfatherA brand-new machine has arrived at the Tapioca Town arcade! The new mini-game, The Boba Godfather, is now available.Inspired by classic retro drink-serving arcade gameplay, this mini-game asks you to keep up with a growing rhythm of boba orders, send drinks to the right spots, and chase a higher score as the pace gets faster. If you've just finished a busy shop day, or you want a quick break between recipe testing, farming, and exploration, head to the arcade and give it a try. It may start as "just one round" and quietly become "okay, one more."🔬 Drink Upgrades Now Check the Ingredient Chest TooThis update continues improving the material checking logic for drink-related systems. Now, when upgrading drinks and consuming ingredients, the system will check materials from both:Materials in the player's backpackMaterials in the R&D Room Ingredient ChestIn other words, as long as the materials have been placed into the Ingredient Chest, the drink upgrade system will be able to recognize them. You no longer need to move ingredients back from the chest into your backpack just to upgrade a drink and confirm the material list again. For Boba Masters who enjoy preparing ingredients in batches, testing recipes, and organizing shop inventory, this should make drink upgrades much smoother. It also helps the Ingredient Chest better serve its role: keeping drink-related materia...Read full article on Community Announcements (Tomatoast)Patch NotesOfficial
【🧺 Ingredient Chest & R&D Storage QoL Update】New Chapter 1 Storage Ver.0.0.3.6
Hey Boba Masters! 🧋✨ We've been going through your feedback about backpack space, R&D prep, and the drink crafting flow. As more drink recipes, raw materials, and processed ingredients are added, backpacks can easily get packed full of all kinds of toppings and supplies. Having to check where every ingredient is before each R&D session can also interrupt the rhythm of running your shop.So for this update, we're focusing on the storage experience in the R&D Room: after completing Chapter 1, the R&D Room will unlock the brand-new Ingredient Chest feature. > 📌 This update mainly focuses on the Ingredient Chest, R&D material checks, and fishing rhythm gameplay fixes, making recipe testing, ingredient prep, and daily shop management smoother. 🧺 New Ingredient Chest: A Material Hub in the R&D Room After completing Chapter 1, a new Ingredient Chest will be added to the R&D Room. You can store drink-related materials in one place, including:Drink ingredients: various toppings and supplies used for R&D and drink crafting.Raw materials: basic materials gathered, bought, or grown through farming.Processed ingredients: materials that have been processed and can still be used for drink crafting. The Ingredient Chest is not meant to replace regular storage. Instead, it is a dedicated material space designed specifically for the R&D Room and drink prep. When you need to test recipes or prepare ingredients for the shop, you won't have to stuff everything into your backpack and search through it again and again.📦 Unlimited Capacity + Auto SortBefore sorting:We know the hardest part about managing ingredients is not usually the size of a single item, but the number of different materials piling up together until it becomes hard to find what you need at a glance. The new Ingredient Chest supports unlimited capacity, greatly easing backpack space pressure. The Ingredient Chest also supports Auto Sort. When your materials start stacking up, one quick sort can make the inventory clean and ...Read full article on Community Announcements (Tomatoast)AnnouncementsOfficial

Hey Boba Masters! 🧋✨We know you've been waiting a while for this fishing update. "There are only a few fish," "the UI gets cut off" — we've read every single piece of feedback you've left in the community.Since we did a foundational overhaul for the combat system last time, we decided to take the exact same approach for fishing: tearing down the old system and rebuilding it from scratch, rather than just patching things up.📌 This update focuses on Lake and River only. The Ocean is still deep in development — we wanted to get the "one fish, one track" system fully cooked in two waters first, before rolling it out everywhere.Let's dive into the core of this update! 🫧🐟 Lake & River Fish Expansion: 6 → 16 Species 11 new friends have jumped into the ecosystem! Each fish has specific weather, time-of-day, and water depth conditions — your Fish Encyclopedia is waiting to be filled:🌊 Lake — 7 New Species + 1 New Fish KingRegular Fish: Carp, Flowerhorn, Crab, Turtle, Shrimp, CrawfishLake Sovereign: 👑 Alligator Gar (Only appears in deep water on non-sunny late nights)🏞️ River — 3 New Species + 1 New Fish KingRegular Fish: Asian Arowana, Catfish, SturgeonRiver Monarch: 👑 Taimen (Only appears in deep water on non-sunny days)🎨 Complete Visual & Control OverhaulUpgraded Judgment: Introduced a four-tier judgment system (Perfect / Great / Good / Miss). Every tug on the rod now has clear, satisfying feedback!Redrawn Art: The fishing UI, background ripples, fish shadows, and rod tension animations have all been completely redesigned and redrawn.🎼 One Fish, One Track: The Fish King is the "Full Ensemble"This is the secret we are most excited about in this rework — Each body of water has its own exclusive theme song, and every regular fish corresponds to a specific instrument track within that song.🌊 The Lake — 7 Fish = 7 Tracks ・Goldfish = Bass Guitar・Shrimp = Drum Kit・Carp = Chord Electric Guitar・Crawfish = Lead Electric Guitar・Crab = Electric Piano Chords・Flowerhorn = Synth Lead・Tur...Read full article on Community Announcements (Tomatoast)AnnouncementsOfficial
