About this game

Eleanor has just turned eighteen and her life is about to change in many ways. She has to learn about her family's businesses, get along with her fiancée, and get accepted into a prestigious university, just to name a few things. And then there's the curious and exciting but maybe a little bit scary activity called sex. What exactly is it that adults do in the bedroom (and sometimes in other places)? Luckily, Eleanor is surrounded by wonderful maids who are more than willing to help her find that out...

Eleanor's Handmaid is a light-hearted visual novel with branching storylines, multiple endings, and rich background lore. Join Eleanor and her handmaid Sofia on their journey to find out what being an adult is all about!

Characters:

Eleanor "Ella" D'Faerwyn is the heir of the Faerwyn noble family. She's dutiful and somewhat shy but usually lively and playful at home. She's very fond of her maids and treats them as family members rather than servants.

Sofia Firlake has been the handmaid of Eleanor her entire life. She's cheerful and often mischievous but extremely devoted to her mistress. Now that they are both adults, Sofia is hoping to take her relationship with Eleanor to the next level...

Helen Firlake is the chief maid of the Faerwyn family and the mother of Sofia and Laura. She has a dark past that she rarely talks about, but she's happy with her life now. She considers Julie her hero and has strong feelings of affection for Eleanor as well.


Julie D'Faerwyn is the current head of the Faerwyn family and the mother of Eleanor. She's a retired special forces captain who has found more pleasant (and pleasurable) ways of living her life in the past decade and a half. She's proud and powerful but generally amiable toward everyone around her.

Laura Firlake is a housemaid and the gardener of the Faerwyn family and Sofia's older half-sister. She's perceptive and well-informed but not very talkative. She considers both Eleanor and Sofia her little sisters.

Nerisha is a young adult succubus who has recently moved to Earth from the Underground and entered Lady Julie's service. She's liberal-minded and, unlike most succubi, views humans as her equals. She's rumored to be very "nice and cute."

  This is a small update that introduces a number of fixes and improvements to the assistive self-voicing accessibility feature for the visually impaired. You can read more about the feature at the game engine's documentation page. The day counter, POV indicator, and "Makai Wiki" pop-ups are now only voiced when hovered. Interactable elements in selection screens and menus are now properly voiced when hovered. The "Makai Wiki" articles now make a small sound when they pop up (this applies to all players).

  Version 1.3.0 (Final Update): Serenade to Serena

  "Well, Nerisha did tell me that Serena loves teasing young women..." The third and final content update is (finally) here, and it comes with its own theme character! Enter the famous Underground explorer, Serena, whose exploits in both dangerous dungeons and fluffy beds are many indeed. Her girlfriend calls her an evil temptress, but is that the whole truth?   "Just call me Jenny. I like to keep it simple." Jenny is a perfectly ordinary traveling merchant who spends much of her disposable income on magenta clothes and women of any color. Having arrived in the city of Thenas, the mischievous but mostly harmless girl has decided to visit Julie's Oasis, a bathhouse run by the Faerwyn family. They are also loosely related to the post-launch content of Succubus Research Diary but can be played without any prior knowledge.
