  Summary: This patch focuses on introducing the story of the demo, reducing motion sickness, adding more charm, improving using the map, and making sure you get the right quality setup automatically, specially when it comes to the Steam deck!⚠️Save progress warning ⚠️: if you had already placed the pie disk on the altar, you'll have to restart your save to bake the pie.   Demo v1.0.1 Patch notes : flow improvements, upgrades and fixes

  Thanks so much for playing our demo! 💗Your feedback has been incredibly helpful and allowed us revamp the onboarding and improve the overall flow of the demo so you can have a better time :).NOTES: If you get motion sickness, you can change the rotation assist to "None" in the settings screen!The demo is fully playable with mouse and keyboard, though the gamepad is preferred🗺️ Onboarding improvements:Map is acquired earlier and unmissable for improved guidance🎮User experience (UX) improvementsMoved the picnic basket close to pie altar instead of at the gardening section for less confusionPicking up the pie making notes now shows a paper instead of a bookInteractions that fail have a sound effect feedbackShow seed count when interacting with seed cannon and each seed now gets removed after planting instead of beforeSeed count now show up in pause menuMore guiding signsRecipe book auto opens when grabbing the pie recipe discPinned pie count now shows totals instead of partials which was very confusing!Improve way up a tall platforming era where a double jump was really difficultReset camera to where Erma is facing tutorial is in more sensible spots🔉Visual and audio improvements:Tiny mushrooms are now cuter/replacedLighting tweaksImproved texturesLower footsteps and land sound effect volumeRails look better and less stretched💾Optimization:Map should load faster (excluding shader compiling time)🐞Fixes:Pomagrenade and grown fruit shouldn't be duplicated when leaving and coming back to areasImprove collisions of rails so Erma can't get stuck/slideFix chef hat UI not showing up properly on pinned recipeIf you haven't yet, we'd love for you to fill out our feedback form so we can keep improving Portabellows.   Incredibly excited to announce that our Demo is officially live and ready to play 🎉!! So happy to finally get a taste of the adventure in your hands!The Demo ExperienceThe demo starts later in the game so you get to enjoy a pie slice of the adventure that is Portabellows:Find a pie recipeFind the crashed pilot and retrieving some of his plane partsCollect to your heart's desire and what you need: fruits, jellybeans, and some abilitiesFigure out how to bake a pie and some early mysterious signs as to for whom or what it could be forBake a pie!🧋Get cozy or cool and take your timeYou can take your time and come back as demo progress will be saved. Note: it won't transfer to the full game! The demo is its own lil modified adventure to give you a sample of the experience you'll have in the full game.
