The numbers "1," "2," and "3" displayed above the three stop buttons.
The character will navigate you to press the "left," "middle," or "right" buttons next.
By pressing the stop buttons in the order shown, you can line up winning combinations and increase your medals.
If you press the buttons in the wrong order, the combination won't be successful, and you won't gain any medals.
