About this game
Bottoms Up! is a linear Visual Novel with a main focus on presenting a griping story, likeable characters and an interesting setting. It combines beautiful, hand-drawn visuals with subtle animations and immersive soundtrack, incorporating musical elements from the Bulgarian folklore traditions.
Follow the intoxicating adventure of a retired holy warrior, who is desperately trying to solve a murder in order to clear his friend`s name... and take back his body so the undead boy could be resurrected... again!

If you were to ask any of Artheleron Hudin`s fellow villagers, you would surely hear them say that he "has tied his pants with some pretty sturdy rope". After all he did have his entire veteran pension and he lived in a nice little place in a tidy little house, which didn`t even belong to him to begin with. Not only that but he still had hair where it mattered most. Truth be told, apart from all these blessings Hudin also enjoyed as much alcohol as he liked and even managed to keep on running a secret trade with an old friend of his. And had no intention of dying soon, since he was immortal.
But it wasn’t all roses to him. The shack he was given on a flexible term because of his previous military service was in a dire need of renovation. Additionally, due to the essence of his immortality, he no longer lived to drink and rather drank to live. Not to mention that things go sideways when his business partner is accused of murder. Hudin is now forced by the local authorities to find his friend and deal with him. An that, to put it mildly, is how he is dragged out of retirement…

Bottoms Up! : Part 1 - v 2.0 Update!
I finally got around to announce version 2.0 of the Visual Novel! The game now includes all the previously missing illustrations for Part 1 of the story and It looks and sounds exactly how I imagined it from the begining :). Suffice to say this makes me genuinly happy and I really wish you like it as well! Now the plan is to get to Part 2 as soon as possible... - Hope I see you there! Bottoms Up! : Part 1 - v 1.5 Update!
Bottoms Up! : Part 1 now has it`s first update - let`s call it v 1.5! :) The update added 6 new illustrations to some of the scenes and fixed a few very silly bugs, which somehow went unnoticed until readers pointed them out! Thank you! The new illustrations serve the purpose of flashbacks/story expositions and the plan was to include them from the start, but with drawing taking long, Me (the author) and the artist weren`t sure we will have the time! I really hope you like them! Furthermore, we would like to update the visual novel to v 2.0 soon to better present the more "mysterious" parts of the story.
