About this game
Downhill Pro Racer is a Downhill mountain biking racing simulator. You know DH. It is a fast paced, risk it all race against the clock down the most dangerous natural tracks.
The connection between the rider, the bike and the terrain is essential: one mistake and you are offline into some gnarly rocks.
CONTROL YOUR BIKE
Race down realistic DH tracks while maintaining full control of your bike with controls for braking, jumping, shifting the rider's weight or doing manuals. Follow the lines you previously set to avoid obstacles that can make you crash, and keep your speed high over the turns and technical sections.
PHYSICS BASED WHIPS
In DHPR, when the bike is in the air control is just as important as when the wheels touch the ground. You will be able to whip, scrub and lean your bike as you try to gain those essential tenths of a second. No more pre-animated whips, you just send it!

Dev update 4.4.2 - New track & air physics update!
Hello sportsfans! How has your summer been? Since going back from vacation is hard, I thought you would like a treat. In the form of a new track! {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/270ee6297e0a15d8caa68857cf4b12061eeda30d.png Hangtime Fest is a jump line filled with the biggest features the game has seen so far. It is inspired by the Fest series and Hardline, and it includes 3 huge booters, a hardline-sized drop and the fastest berms your bike can handle. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/937e1e599af78776cc2315f70556269686a1e393.png {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/7d1a1432ca588c68a6384518db1f56e44bbe3932.png Also, an important update has been made to air physics. Now the bike is more stable in the air, and bringing the whips back to straight has improved significantly. Just let go of the Left Stick and the bike will straighten up automatically. You can even make it go back to straight faster with a quick press of the Right Trigger. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/3ec2c9b226469633d1d3a328739185b0f6671d3c.png Please note that the extreme high speeds that some of the jumps in this track require, sometimes can be frustrating as the collision model of the tyres can reach its limits. Be patient and don't expect to clear all the jumps first go. They are all doable, I asure you, but it might take some practice. TIP 1: Pump with RT all the downslopes to get the bike pressed into the ground and use Balance (A) to keep it settled when going straight. TIP 2: use Tuck (B button) on the runway to the booters for extra speed. I hope you like it! GermánRead full article on Community Announcements (germanfuente)Patch NotesOfficial

Tricky to get first time, may take a few tries! {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/635d560d4635e8bca5c5eb88fe6523ee81b33a8a.png It is packed with doubles and triples for you to practice your jumping skills. UPDATE: New track and FIRST GAMEPLAY video!
Hello speed chasers! Today I am happy to announce that a new beast has been born: the Forest track will be a challenge for the best riders: It is full of turns, rocks, and roots, and it hides quite a few sneaky gaps to separate the real racers from the rest. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/89b0e695cfa613ed38b9891c5386d775b151ed3a.png {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43475019/2dbb9f0fd734065b2dc0d88f0970fad3a3697ece.png Of course, you can enjoy free laps without barriers if you just want a chill ride. I suggest you also turn down "follow line" in the Options Menu for a more freeride experience. I hope you'll enjoy it! In another news, tonight at 18.00h (UTC) we will be premiering the first gameplay video on our Youtube channel: you can follow here:Read full article on Community Announcements (germanfuente)AnnouncementsOfficial
