Who could have imagined that a seemingly ordinary cave would become the source of all nightmares? Defaced: Dark Abyss is a first-person horror Survival Game that will challenge your willpower. Uncover a story that is darker than the absence of light...
Meet Ethan Kane, known as the most-fearless explorer of forgotten places. In his greatest exploration so far, he descends into the pitch-dark remains of an abandoned mine shaft. While going in alone was supposed to give him an extra kick, he will soon regret making contact in this godforsaken place. Little did he know that the secrets concealed here are so dark, they had to be buried beneath layers of stone and concrete.

Demo Release & Steam Scream Festival
After five weeks of dedicated development, we're thrilled to publish our 'Defaced: Dark Abyss' demo right in time for the Steam Scream Festival on 26. October! We hope you'll enjoy this sneak peek into the world we've crafted. As mentioned earlier, we've put this demo together in just about five weeks. It's been a whirlwind journey for me personally, going from knowing nothing about Unreal Engine development to slowly finding my place in this intricate process. Its not always easy as a solo dev ːsteamhappyː We had bigger plans for this demo, but time, as it often is, proved to be our greatest adversary! ^^ The full release is scheduled for approximately one year from now, and that means many upgrades and exciting features are in the pipeline.
