About this game

Hi. My friend and I made this game. I hope you like it=)
Spirits of the Silicium Forest has several modes: Story and Rogue-lite.
Therefore, the game suits both the players who came for the aesthetics, atmosphere and story; and those who want to dive very deeply into the gameplay part of the game, experiment with a ton of different skills, unique builds and ways of beating the game.

A young girl named Tzap’lia has been given a great honor. Her life will become a gift to the merciful gods who guard the village from the evil spirits of the Silicium Forest.
But just as Tzap'lia thought she was getting used to her new role, her mother, a formerly captive priestess of the neighboring village, said that today was the day when Tzap’lia had to run away.

Aside from the story and aesthetics, the main enjoyment of the game is built on the ability to solve various tactical problems in many different ways.
The game encourages an intellectual and creative approach.
At the same time, gameplay-wise it's not a clone of well-known representatives of the genre with minor changes.
The turn order, the ability to change position, the build system rather than the deck system, as well as runes, items, summons and other mechanics allowed me to create new and interesting game situations. While conceptually preserving the spirit of the genre.

Builds and skills - more than 200 abilities from which you can form many different playstyles with their own objectives and unique gameplay.
Position system - it's important not only to form your build and use the acquired abilities, but also to tactically move around the battlefield.
Rune system - the correct use of runes allows you to outplay your enemies and get out of even the most dire situations.
Story mode and rogue-lite mode - learn the story of Tzap’lia and other heroes as they journey through the Silicium Forest or participate in a randomized run, with a simple and flexible system to customize your adventure.

    Patch №2.

Hello again, friends! In the new patch, I’ve touched on some important skills of the Tarantula and Golem Master classes. -Reworked the starting pool of enemies in the initial battle to make it faster. -Added additional starting skills to some classes to make them feel more comfortable in the early stages of the run. -Some combinations became 15% easier to collect. Also in the near future, I will probably record a tutorial video about some of the builds and mechanics of the game. Or write them in the form of text guides. Sometimes it's fun to explore the game on your own, but sometimes it's good to use other people's wisdom, haha. I won't be able to describe every possible option anyway, so I don't think the guides will ruin anyone's gaming experience. (And at the end of the day, you can always just ignore them.)

    Patch №1.

Hi friends! Thanks for your reviews, feedback and comments. Not many changes have been made if you look globally. But sometimes even small ones make a difference in the perception of the game. It's funny that your combinations were so tricky that the bugs found in some of them would have been extremely hard to find without you. (Even reproducing some of them was difficult) +Added new skills to certain classes, changed some things balance-wise.

    Update

Hi. Thanks to everyone who played and shared their impressions of the game with me. Based on observations and the information I've received, I've made a few small to medium changes, most of which affect the tutorial and the start of the campaign. Some elements of gameplay are now given more time. Some things are emphasized more, and some things that most people would already understand without too much explanation take a back seat.
