About this game
Welcome to "Plague: London 1665," an RPG pixel art game set during one of history's most devastating pandemics. The streets and alleys are swamped with the sick and dead, and only a few people are willing to risk their lives to remove the bodies.
As a body collector and graveyard keeper, it is your job to keep the city of London clear of corpses and give the deceased a proper burial. But this is not just a job, it is a means of survival. With the outbreak of the Bubonic Plague in full swing, resources are scarce and competition for them is fierce. You must weigh the need to provide for your family against the risk of contracting the disease.
Navigate the treacherous streets of London, scavenging for resources and trading with other survivors while avoiding the deadly disease that threatens to claim the lives of thousands. As the body collector and graveyard keeper, you will be in high demand, but you must weigh the cost of this well-paying job against the risk.
As you progress through the game, you will come across a number of NPCs, each with their own story and agenda. You will have the opportunity to make critical decisions that will impact the game's outcome. Will you prioritize the well-being of the city, the needs of your family, or your own survival?

Hello Players, Over the past two weeks, we have analyzed data gathered from users, read your constructive input, and reviewed suggestions on how to improve the game. The latest version, 1.0.8, incorporates some of the requests made by players during this time. Content and features: In this update, players now have the option to speed up movement. As you know, there are two docks in the game: an east-side dock and a west-side dock. From 6 am to 8 pm, you will now find a boat there, along with an individual offering transportation services for a fee of 5 pence (d). Dock 1: {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43730556/b9fa73e5a05109ba25c40c1af69c3f187acbf9a8.png Dock 2: {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43730556/2fcb05dfaa6d9f110ee3e9d2c40abe804d32b2e1.png To use the service, simply walk down to the dock, engage in conversation with the boatman, pay the fee, and moments later, you will be transported to the other side of the city. Version 1.0.7 Update: UI Improvements and Bug Fixes!
Hello Players, We appreciate your dedication and valuable feedback! Your contributions are essential in our mission to refine and enhance the game experience. We’re excited to share that version 1.0.7 is now live, featuring improvements and fixes: UI Update 1: The interface now displays items you find on the ground. UI Update 2: You can now see items you steal from corpses in your inventory. Inventory Bug Fix: Resolved an issue where the necessary amount of money would be deducted even if your inventory was full. Spawning Bug Fix: Addressed a bug present in the Epic version where quest items would not spawn after day 21. Camera Clip Fix: Fixed a camera issue that would cause it to clip to the river when exiting the apothecary. Updated Credits: The main menu credits section has been refreshed to include Steam users who assisted by reporting bugs and contributing with suggestions.
