About this game

Covenant: Project Zero is a sci-fi action adventure space opera set in a distant future ruled by massive interstellar corporations. You play as the fearless, crafty, and resourceful Captain John Covenant, leading your scrappy crew across the universe on an epic quest to unveil the past, survive the present and determine the future of humankind.

A New Adventure With a Retro Feel

Covenant: Project Zero blends stylized pixel art with immersive 3D environments for a truly retro 2.5D feel. Explore Covenant's universe using a mouse and keyboard or your favorite gamepad, taking advantage of a simple and intuitive control scheme.

Regardless of how you play, you'll be well-equipped to fight villains, solve puzzles, and interact with a cast of witty characters along the way.

Immersive Gameplay

Drawing inspiration from many old-school adventure favorites like Space Quest, the Monkey Island series, and similar cinematic hits, Covenant: Project Zero offers an immersive blend of action and adventure.

Epic Story, Living Universe

Although Covenant: Project Zero tells a linear story, there are many side-quests available to further experience the chaotic Covenant universe. Complete them to help others, obtain powerups, and hopefully - save the universe.

  Welcome to 11000AD

The recession took it's toll on the company and our Dutch shop, Dent Studios didn't find a way through. With Dent permanently closed we made sure everything is still in place and caters to our players, so we continue as 11000AD, a fully remote outfit based in USA. 11000AD was the name of our demoscene group, part of the past we're really fond of and perhaps we'll release some demos on Steam in the future, life/time permitting. Hopefully this rebranding update for Covenant: Project Zero (which was a fairly simple re-compile and publish) won't prove to be a dramatic shift, or a game-breaking event (looking at a hyper-complex cow shader that... behaves... just as I'm writing this) - but we'll look over user feedback and try and stay on top of all the major issues down the line. And of course - hope you like the o1D$k00l 11000AD l0g0! Sorry for the delay, we're back in the game! Wish you all happy holidays and a great 2024!

We were on a relentless push to release the game for the past three months, and the one idea that was bounced around and kept being postponed during development is now entering the execution stage. So, without further ado: Achievements are coming to Covenant: Project Zero!!! The date is not yet set, but we're looking at no later then end of June for the entire batch of achievements to be added to the game, giving you a new dimension of gameplay experience, so stay tuned for the upcoming update!!! Enjoy Covenant: Project Zero in the meantime! We are very grateful for this amazing communities ongoing support for indie game developers!

  COVENANT: PROJECT ZERO RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT

  9 JUNE 2023 | 12 PM CET If you haven't seen the release announcement trailer already - please do! After a few years of developing our first arcade adventure for Steam PC & Mac, we feel we have a good, if somewhat niche game ready for you to play! There was a lot of first's on this one. And then rewrote it.. Like... Seven hundred times at least.
