Embraced by Autumn

About this game

Marcel is the illegitimate son of the famous actor Georges de Saint-Rémy, a celebrated virtuoso on the stage, and a notorious rake with a penchant for sleeping with other men’s wives. Owing to his father’s seedy reputation and his own meek, socially awkward mannerisms, Marcel is bullied relentlessly by the other boys at his Parisian school, who seem determined to make his life miserable.

At the beginning of autumn in 1896, Marcel’s brigand of a father becomes embroiled in a particularly salacious scandal, which is widely circulated in tabloids across Paris and beyond.

Fearful for her son’s welfare, and desperate for him to have a respite from their family’s continued drama, Marcel’s long-suffering mother pulls Marcel from his school, and instead chooses to send him to her older sister’s school in Myennes, deep in the French countryside. There is a catch in this seemingly innocuous plan, however. Marcel’s formidable aunt, Albertine, owns an all-girls’ establishment, which has never before admitted any male students. To attend his aunt’s school, Marcel is bidden to dress and act like a girl – which he does, albeit, begrudgingly.

Marcel never much fit in with his male classmates at his Parisian school, but he’s similarly fearful that his female classmates in Myenes will also shun him. Uneasy and afraid, Marcel expects only the worst when he arrives at his aunt’s school…

Which is why he finds it so very surprising when, rather than being treated with scorn, his new classmates instead seem rather fond of him.

During his stay in the countryside, Marcel meets four girls who express an interest in him: the quiet, inscrutable Luce; the fiery troublemaker, Claudine; the elegant pianist, Celine; and the class dunce, Mirabel.

As the autumn months pass, Marcel grows closer to these four girls – but which one will he develop the strongest bond with? That is up for the reader to decide.

Maid For My Master has been released!

Hello everyone! I'm writing a quick announcement to let you know that my newest cute romance visual novel, Maid For My Master, has been released! https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33024327/744d18ffded921ed2034fe75ce27515cec756b50.png This announcement post is a bit late, since the VN was actually released over a week ago, but I had a lot of difficulties trying to post this announcement. I tried to post it multiple times, but for reasons unknown to me, the announcement refused to show up on my developer page and in the community hub of the game. Hopefully the announcement will post properly this time. ANYWAY https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33024327/cbaf9681d0be7a6a8ec3a303b7f37c221bc159d8.png Maid For My Master a wholesome romance story somewhat inspired by Chobits where you can date a cute robot maid, Holly! The story is light-hearted and sweet, so it should be perfect if you want to read something relaxing. The visual novel has an optional r18 patch, but it doesn't add an extensive amount of new scenes. Feel free to miss it if you would rather not read it; it's up to you! You can check out the visual novel here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3364490 I hope you enjoy it if you do check it out, and you have a good time with Holly! - ebi x

I tried to post it multiple times, but for reasons unknown to me, the announcement refused to show up on my developer page and in the community hub of the game itself. I presume this is was because of a bug on Steam's end. I'm going to hope my announcement posts properly this time, but at this point I'm not holding out much hope lol ANYWAY https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33024327/744d18ffded921ed2034fe75ce27515cec756b50.png Maid For My Master a wholesome romance story somewhat inspired by Chobits where you can date a cute robot maid, Holly! Cute romance VN Maid For My Master has been released!

Hello everyone! I'm writing a quick announcement to let you know that Maid For My Master has been released! https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33024327/744d18ffded921ed2034fe75ce27515cec756b50.png Maid For My Master is a cute BxG visual novel about a young man who falls in love with a robot maid. The story is very light-hearted, and it was partially inspired by Chobits. The story contains a little bit of drama, but it does have a happy ending, and it doesn't contain any especially upsetting content. I think this would be a good story to read if you want something sweet and hopeful to cheer you up! There is an adult patch for the game available on Steam, but it isn't necessary to enjoy the story. Feel free to download the patch or not; it's up to you. https://clan.fastly.steamstatic.com/images/33024327/cbaf9681d0be7a6a8ec3a303b7f37c221bc159d8.png You can find the VN here if you want to read it: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3364490 As always, thank you for supporting me while I release so many projects. I hope you enjoy Maid For My Master if you do choose to check it out, and you have a good time with Holly! - ebi x
