Placement is about collecting beliefs and sacrifices, offering faith to unnameable beings to gain forbidden knowledge and the chance to summon the legendary evil gods or their families!
The game is automatic, so you can play it without much action.
Summon the the evil gods to gain powerful effects and unlock their idols (CG)!
Of course, don't worry if you're unlucky enough to summon one of their family members, at least there's a reinforcement effect!

Major Update: Idle Tentacles 2.0
Update Summary: - Engine replaced: switched from Unity to Godot - Gameplay has been significantly reworked—it’s practically a brand-new game - Over twenty new summonable “Evil Goddesses” have been added About This Game and This Update: When I first started developing this game, I was still relatively new to the gaming industry. Lacking experience, skills, and funding, I could only make it what it was at the time On top of that, a series of issues with the programming and game design made it impossible to make any subsequent changes, which is why it’s been sitting on the shelf for so many years. Recently, I finally attempted a minor reboot of the game. The gameplay should now be more engaging than in previous versions, and the total playtime has been significantly shortened—it should take about 3–4 hours to summon all 32 Evil Goddesses. Speaking of the Evil Goddesses, the original version only had 8 characters with CG art, but that number has now been significantly expanded to 32. Furthermore, each summon now comes with clearer gameplay bonuses. There are also various other minor updates, which I won’t list one by one. In any case, I hope you all enjoy this new version.Read full article on Community Announcements (lambofgame)
