A Message to Returning Players

Lovely Planet Remix extends the original game with a variety of drastic variations that impose restrictions like no mid-air control, no jumping, slower movement & bullet drop among others in the vein of older retro shooters with non-standard control schemes, some of which are designed intentionally to be unwieldy, cumbersome and annoying to play by modern standards. Please try the demo to sample the different styles before purchasing the game.

    Technical Difficulties

I want to fix the leaderboards but I have to prioritize working on Tamashika at this time. If I can arrange for help to set these back up I might be able to bring them back sooner. I'm really sorry, I didn't anticipate these issues. My AWS bill is costing me half my rent idk how it's come to this 😢 Will update asap 🙏

    Update 49.1

Hello! I've added a UI element that displays collected and pending secrets for each playlist so it's easier for players to focus their exploration to a specific set of levels. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40359442/6568978587e0c77c35258db898fa1fedc11dcc01.png Given the number of playlists now and that Green star collectibles don't follow a pattern at all, it's a little bit unfair to expect players to go looking for all the secrets especially towards the end where you're left with 200+ levels to explore for a handful of stars. Overall, I'm not too happy with the way this system scaled and all the feedback I've received makes a lot of sense. I personally also don't spend a lot of time in games looking for secrets myself, especially when there's so many of them. For legacy reasons, I don't want to remove them now, so I hope this update makes it easier to locate the stars and put the fun back into collecting secrets. Hope you are all having a great weekend! Beach X Blink Vol. 1

Welcome to the Oasis 🏖️ Return to the Beach but this time with no gun, only rapid fire fingers 👆👆 A mashup of levels from the Beach Vol. 1, this playlists takes you back to a familiar setting with some twists. Dodge the enemies rushing towards you, punch tough baddies mid-air and dash to close large gaps over the water. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/40359442/6da1ead485888e001666d07771ece26f8607aee6.gif Just like Beach, you have no jump ability, so check your corners and be quick on your feet to evade the onslaught of bullets. This update brought to you from Tokyo, Japan 🎌 😇 I'll be travelling around for a bit so there won't be many updates this month. I'll be here for any hotfixes that might be required, so let me know if you find any bugs. Hope you like the new levels and I'll see you with another update soon! Infinite Bliss ✨

    Hotfix 48.2

Another hotfix! The leaderboard shortcut used repeatedly would put the options menu in a back button loop. You can now press the shortcut button to quickly exit back to the game from the leaderboard too. Also the double button sound effect on quitting the level is now fixed. Mac build also updated!
