About this game
- Awaken.
- Speak to the Dead.
- Brave the Zones.
- Provide for their requests.
- A̶w̵a̸k̸e̷n̸.
Provider is an esoteric exploration and action zone-punk game. Play as a Provider, a ferryman of sorts for those caught between spaces. Explore Excluded Zones, each unstuck at a different time and populated with creatures and hazards that are not meant to be survived. Use your cunning and curiosity to find what is requested, smite the creatures that stand in your way, and make it back before you're left stranded with no heat to keep you lucid. Stone Castles razed to the ground, souls cursed by greed, creatures feasting on blood and bone alike, and beings older than creation itself await you in PROVIDER.
Explore stories from across time and space, as you set lost souls right on their path to whatever comes next, all while battling back haunting echoes from the past and strange monsters that slip through the cracks in the universal fabric.

Soul King is here!
The time has finally come. After two years of work, we've finally made it across the first finish line. We're incredibly proud of the game we've made, and we hope players will enjoy playing Soul King as much as we enjoyed making it. Drop into the shoes of Lynn, a new arrival in The Barclay Reserve an astral hub connecting dreamers together, which has been taken over by the Soul King. He holds each dreamer in his grip, submerging them deep into layers of dream or nightmare in order to harvet their power for himself. Lynn must break each dreamer free of their chains by delving into their personal dreamscape, fighting the ferocious minions of the Soul King to reach the mind at the core of the dream, all while outrunning the mysterious Whispering Wall that pursues her. Each dreamer you free loosens the Soul King's iron grip, so maybe with enough effort you'll be able to shake the Reserve free of his grasp and defeat him once and for all. https://store.steampowered.com/app/1930310/Soul_King/Read full article on Community Announcements (Rhindle)AnnouncementsOfficial
Ubuntu Support
While it was our intention to release PROVIDER on both Ubuntu and Windows, Steam's system of supporting Ubuntu with outdated libraries has led to support issues with PROVIDER. This can be fixed on certain systems by overriding Steam's libraries in favor of the local OS's, but this fix is not universal and spins out into a web of support issues that make us uncomfortable with calliing Ubuntu "supported" in Steam. I apologize to any Ubuntu players, we'll be releasing the Ubuntu version on itch with our dependencies listed next week. Please request a refund if you planned to play on Ubuntu.
